LCK 2026 Regular Season Day 35: The First Six Game LCK Day Delivers Excitement
Two win streaks came to an end on the final day of week 7 in the LCK. KT Rolster broke the Hanwha Life Esports eleven-match win winstreak, after they ended their own weeks earlier. HANJIN BRION also saw their five-match streak snapped by KRX. KT has now secured a spot in the Legend group when the LCK returns after the Mid-Season Invitational.
Hanwha Life Esports Versus KT Rolster

Game One – A Bloody Game
The early and mid-game was a bloody affair between the two teams. KT stormed to an early lead with a 3v3 skirmish win, but HLE fought back. Gumayusi was the benefactor of HLE’s successful plays as he picked up numerous kills. The third Drake fight was tense. Nine players died, with only Zeus left standing. KT moved into the ascendancy in the next fights, with PerfecT finding angles onto Gumayusi. With the threat of Miss Fortune gone, KT could run over the rest of HLE. They eventually closed out the game with a Baron push.
Game Two – HLE Run Away With It
Delight dies early in the 2v2, but that is the last mistake he makes throughout game two. He lands multiple bone skewers to set up kills for HLE. Once again, it is Gumayusi who is the benefactor of the kills. The difference is that Zeus also has a dominant lead in the top lane. KT can not contend with the poke from HLE and has to give up multiple towers. The lead grows, even with a handful of picks from KT. Eventually, the lead becomes too much for KT to bear.
Game Three – Lost At Level Two
Kanavi decides to invade Cuzz’s topside and force him away. Cuzz uses that opportunity to gank HLE’s bot lane early. The decision works out, and Draven is now behind. It gets worse for Gumayusi as they lose a 2v2, giving Aiming two more kills. HLE tries desperation plays to recover the game, but nothing works out. Zeus and Gumayusi are too far behind to significantly impact fights. They eventually get a cash-in for Gumayusi, but it barely impacts the gold difference. KT storms ahead, using the Baron to end the game.

KRX Versus HANJIN BRION

Game One – Topsy Turvy Game
BRO starts the game with an early skirmish victory over KRX’s raptor camp. They continue to build momentum until the fifteen-minute mark. A three-player dive from KRX shuts Teddy down and evens out the gold lead. It becomes KRX’s advantage as they crush the third Drake fight. They destroy multiple towers and extend their lead to 4k. KRX overextended with their advantage and lost two fights in a row.
The second one leads to a Baron for BRO, and now they have a gold lead. They push the lead to 8k and look to end the game. However, KRX holds strong to halve the deficit. In the final fight, BRO dives onto Lazyfeel, and that is the trigger for BRO to win the fight and the game.
Game Two – Control From Start to Finish
Even with BRO picking up the First Blood kill, KRX is in control. They secure the first two Drakes of the game, and BRO barely find a footing. One skirmish on the top side of the map is all KRX needed to build their gold lead. They never stopped from that point and secured the next two Drakes for the Mountain Soul. KRX played smart, bringing BRO to the Baron. Once BRO got close, KRX turned, and they cleaned up. One more fight was all KRX needed after that for the first six game day of the LCK regular season.
Game Three – BRO Sees Their Lead Slip Away
Neither team pulls too far ahead in the early game. BRO has a slight advantage, but nothing significant. That changes as KRX overextends in their defence of the bot lane. Casting picks up a kill on Willer and the turret. BRO tries to kill Andil near the Baron pit, but it takes too long. With Roamer unable to join, KRX kills three members and turns to the Baron. BRO attempts to deny them leaving, but KRX holds firm.
Again, KRX threw away their lead on the Hextech Soul point, and the game became even. Teddy and Namgung try to contest the second Baron, but they die before their team arrives. KRX picks up the Baron and the Hextech Soul. They use both buffs to end the LCK series.

KT Gives A HLE A Taste of Their Own Medicine
HLE were the first team to defeat KT in the LCK regular season. Now, KT is the one to break HLE’s eleven-series win streak. A loss for KT may have ended their chance to finish in the top two in the LCK. However, the win breathes new life into the KT MSI charge. They have difficult matches coming up, with both Gen.G Esports and T1 on the horizon.
KRX Snap BRO’s Winstreak
Whenever KRX and BRO play each other, they play three games. It was no different in this series. The teams battled hard, and both gave away leads that they should not have. KRX gets the better of BRO and ends their five-series winstreak in the LCK. The win gives KRX a chance to enter the top six of the LCK, but their chances remain slim.
