LCK 2026 Regular Season Day 33: Win Streaks Continue as BRO Break a Record
Win streaks continued in the LCK matches on Friday. Both Hanwha Life Esports and HANJIN BRION won their series 2-0. BRO’s victory was comfortable, but HLE’s was anything but that. Game one was a game of tennis, while the second game, they had to recover from another deficit. Ultimately, BRO’s win brings them ever closer to Dplus KIA, while DK needs to recover following a couple of defeats in the LCK.
Hanwha Life Esports Versus Dplus KIA

Game One – An Eccentric Draft From DK
DK drafted Irelia top and Zyra mid for their solo laners. It was a game to forget for Siwoo. He died in a 1v1 to Zeus, and it went downhill from there. HLE targeted him to keep him from impacting the game. However, Lucid did the same to Gumayusi. DK utilized the lead on Lucid and Smash to catapult themselves in the game.
HLE turns around the deficit with a pick on Lucid that turns into a Baron. After securing a second Baron, HLE seems destined to win until Career steps in. His Flash Encore engagement catches the bot lane and Kanavi. Once again, the game is in DK’s hands. HLE catches Siwoo again and secures their third Baron of the game, evening the gold lead. Zeus catches Smash on their siege, and HLE finally ends the game.
Game Two – DK Throws Another Lead
The two solo lanes become crucial for either team. Siwoo is ahead thanks to ganks from Lucid, while Zeka builds a lead with a solo kill and a gank from Kanavi. DK has more control over the game after they kill Zeka. However, they lose two vital skirmishes in a row. The second one comes after they kill Zeka, but the other three HLE members charge forward. They clean up the fight and secure the Baron. From that point on, DK has no way of contesting the deficit, and HLE eventually closes out the series.

HANJIN BRION Versus DN SOOPers

Game One – A Clinical Victory
BRO builds a lead through the bot lane. Everyone on the team contributes, even with Casting making an appearance in one of BRO’s dives. Teddy barely misses a shot during his Curtain Calls. Their lead continues to build, even with a couple of scrappy fights. DNS slows down the push with picks on Teddy and Casting, who tried to protect his bot lane. Even with that, they were still down 7k gold, and the deficit kept increasing until BRO ended the game.
Game Two – In Control From Start to Finish
Game two was much of the same for BRO. They fell behind after GIDEON face checked Pyosik early. However, after that, it was all BRO. They crushed everywhere on the map. DNS was only afforded a handful of kills throughout the game. The Rift Herald fight was what sealed the deal. DNS secured the objective, but lost the fight handily.

Weak HLE Early Games
HLE suffered two weak early games in this series. They were fortunate that DK threw their leads on both occasions. DK has made a habit of giving away their leads in their recent matches. With both teams struggling, that could be a sign for others to take their spots. HLE has a bit of an advantage at the top of the LCK standings, but with a match against KT Rolster coming up, they need to improve.
All Business For BRO
As expected, BRO dominated DNS in the series. They are two teams on opposite trajectories, and the result comes as no surprise. It is BRO’s best win streak in the LCK, as they have won five consecutive series.
