LCK 2026 Round 3 Week 10 Recap: Results Not Going As Expected After A Tumultuous Week
The first week of the LCK return did not go as expected. Gen.G Esports ended the week 0-2, while KT Rolster and Dplus KIA won both of their series. Nongshim Redforce rose in the Rise Group, while DN SOOPers earned their first series win since week one of the LCK regular season. The Playoffs and Play-Ins spots are all up for grabs, with both groups having teams within one or two wins of each other.
LCK 2026 Week 10 Predictions
We, along with many analysts, had a torrid time predicting the outcome of the recent week’s series. Of the ten series played, we predicted two correctly, both with a perfect score.

One Talking Point For Each Team
T1 – How Did They Get Here?
After losing to KT, many T1 fans were looking at the rest of the season with doom and gloom. They returned some hope with the win over Gen.G in front of Gen.G’s home crowd. However, Gen.G’s loss to DK lessened some of that hope. Somehow, at the end of the week, despite the worries, T1 has found themselves in first place. It is the first time this season they have ended a week in first place.
Hanwha Life Esports – LCK Cup Return
One of the reasons HLE slumped to 10th place in the LCK Cup was their lack of coordination and Kanavi dying in unusual positions. Of course, the format had an impact on that. Those issues have returned recently, with the team making different plays. Kanavi had a disastrous series and has yet to reach his Round 1-2 form. With the LCK heating up, HLE must quickly regain their form.
KT Rolster – FenRir’s Dominant Impact
At the start of the week, many expected KT to struggle. With them trading away Aiming and replacing him with FenRir, no one thought they would win. They proved the doubters wrong, once again, defeating both T1 and Hanwha Life Esports. Those two teams are the only ones ahead of KT in the standings. If they keep up their form, they might displace shaky T1 and HLE lineups.
Gen.G Esports – Lower Than Ever
It has been a long time since Gen.G has struggled in the LCK. They missed out on MSI and have continued to slump, losing at EWC and on their return to the LCK. While Gen.G have lost series before, they have never looked this weak since Chovy joined. Chovy is the only player on the roster firing on all cylinders. They have little time to turn things around and could be in the Play-Ins.
Dplus KIA – The Most Inform Team
Since winning EWC, Dplus KIA could be the best team in the world. They backed up the win with mostly comfortable wins over Hanwha Life Esports and Gen.G Esports. They still have a mountain to climb to reach the top four, but if their form continues, they will be there in no time.
FearX – Signs of Former Strength
BFX had leads against NS and should have converted them to wins. Raptor’s early games have improved, almost returning to the LCK Cup level. However, his mistakes in the mid-game have proved costly. They almost beat the most in-form Rise Group team, and should improve their record next week.
Nongshim Redforce – Performing as Promised
On paper, NS has a strong roster. They should be one of the best teams in the LCK. However, that was not the case in the regular season. They struggled, finishing in 9th, with only DN SOOPers below them. Since returning from the break, they have been invigorated. They have performed well in the Kespa Cup and started 2-0 in the LCK.
HANJIN BRION – The Roamer Problem
Roamer was an influential part of BRO’s regular season surge. Upon returning, he has struggled. Ucal and Clozer got the better of him in the two series. They will need him to return to form if BRO hopes to finish in the top three of the Rise Group. Losing to DNS is a big stain for this team, which was once challenging for Legend Group status.
KRX – Aiming Should Improve Them
Aiming being on KRX is a significant surprise. However, his arrival should improve KRX’s standing. They languished towards the bottom, but always challenged the best teams. Aiming delivered quality performances on KT and should do the same on KRX against weaker opposition.
DN SOOPers – Finally Winning
DNS earned their first series win since the first week of the LCK. It was a struggle to get past BRO, but they finally won. DNS has started the LCK with Sharvel in the jungle instead of Pyosik. They have a chance to reach the Play-Ins, but it is hanging by a thread.
