LCK 2026 Round 4 Week 12 Preview: The Penultimate Week is Important for All Teams
Two weeks of LCK action gone, two more to go. With no one standing out in either group, this week is vital for everyone but the DN SOOPers. They are mathematically eliminated from the post-season. Three teams in each group have the same series wins. A 2-0 for any of those teams will give them a leg up towards a post-season spot. All series are rematches from the previous two weeks.
LCK Week 12 Predictions

DN SOOPers Versus Nongshim Redforce
Prediction: NS 2-1
Despite beating Nongshim Redforce last week, DNS still has a lot of work to do. On their best day, NS should be in the driver’s seat in the series. But if they do not steady the ship, they will see themselves falter a second time against DNS within a week.
KT Rolster Versus Dplus KIA
Prediction: DK 2-1
Dplus KIA were by far and away the better team in their series against KT Rolster. Despite losing the first game, they were better in terms of gameplay. They should have the same result again. The only aspect keeping them down is their draft plans. A draft like game one of the series against KT could result in a series loss.
KRX Versus FearX
Prediction: BFX 2-1
These two teams met on the final day of Round 3. That series ended in a comfortable 2-0 victory for BFX. With BFX’s inconsistency and KRX showing better performances in the LCK, the series this week should be closer. With more time under their belts, KRX can improve their coordination.
Gen.G Esports Versus Hanwha Life Esports
Prediction: Gen.G 2-1
Heading into the previous series between the two teams, both HLE and Gen.G were coming off two series losses. Gen.G ended their streak in their previous meeting, while HLE needed one more series. Gen.G stepped up that week and should still have the better of HLE.
T1 Versus Dplus KIA
Prediction: T1 2-1
Another series that happened last week. T1 dominated in their previous meeting, winning 2-0. The T1 bot lane bested DK’s, winning every lane early. With T1’s Jungler in the air, DK could take a win away from the team that bested them in Week 11.
Nongshim Redforce Versus HANJIN BRION
Prediction: NS 2-1
If NS follows the same script from Round 1, they will have a 2-0 week. As with the DNS series, if NS can fire on all cylinders, they will beat HANJIN BRION. However, one slip-up, and the result will be the same.
Hanwha Life Esports Versus KT Rolster
Prediction: HLE 2-0
The last meeting between the teams ended in a 2-1 victory for KT. A lot has changed since that series. HLE broke their loss streak, while KT has started theirs. If HLE maintains their form, they should win comfortably.
FearX Versus DN SOOPers
Prediction: BFX 2-0
With no pressure on DNS, they can easily take a series off any of the Rise Group teams. BFX is unlikely to be one of those teams that fall victim to DNS. However, they can falter, as we saw in their loss to BRO earlier in the week.
T1 Versus Gen.G Esports
Prediction: Gen.G 2-1
The matchup between T1 and Gen.G has changed significantly this year. For a long time, Gen.G bested T1 at every meeting. T1 has won their last three matchups against Gen.G, but might not win four in a row. With no set Jungler, T1 will not reach their peak, which they will need to beat an in-form Gen.G Esports.
KRX Versus HANJIN BRION
Prediction: KRX 2-1
KRX and BRO always see their series go the distance. Neither team can best the other in a quick series. That will likely be the result when they meet on the final day. Either team could win, and that victory will make a difference in the post-season hunt.
Form Matters Now

With only two weeks left in the LCK Regular Season, form matters. Every team that qualifies for the post-season will need to be in the best form possible. Every win matters. Both for standings and for qualifying for the World Championship.
