A woman with a worried expression crouches in dense green foliage, her clothing blending with the jungle. The bold text "SEND HELP" appears beside her.

‘Send Help is a 2026 movie about two people getting stranded on a near-deserted island in the Gulf of Thailand. There is a lot to this movie, and it is highly recommended. In brief, there is a male boss and female office worker. He passes her over for promotion, with haughty arrogance, then invites her on a business trip to Thailand.

The plane they are on crashes, and they are the only two survivors. They are marooned on a secluded island. He is injured and she uses advanced survival skill not only to nurse him back to health, but also to help them survive. She is awkward, but in a surprising plot twist, is a murderer, and so is he. They try to kill each other. This is highly entertaining. Is this macabre story being entertaining strange?

‘Sen Help’ QUICK VERDICT

Score: 9/10

“Send Help” will appeal to all viewers, who should be hooked by its entertaining and alluring plot. Viewers are likely either to identify with the arrogant boss or the meek and cube-dwelling Linda Liddle. Most likely they will identify with the resilient heroine, who is resourceful and surprisingly violent.

‘Send Help’ begins as an office comedy, but the quickly transitions to a horror movie as the plane the stars are taking to Thailand crashes spectacularly. Only Linda Liddle and the oppressive boos, Bradley Person. They end up swimming to a seemingly deserted island, where she shows off her advanced survival skills in nursing him back to health and satisfying Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.

Its is not long before we find out the mild-manned Linda killed her husband. She then kills the tour guide and Preston’s fiancée, who came to rescue the. Liddle and Preston try to kill each other. She keeps from him the fact there is a fancy house on the Island. There she finally kills him, there was tension between them all movie long, and become a author and celebrity golfer. The final scene of the movie shows her, driving in a convertible with the top-down, on a sun-splashed California highway.

‘Send Help’ PROS & CONS

The big pro to ‘Send Help’ is the surprising plot turns, particularly with Liddle turning from meek to all-powerful. Another pro to the movie is the way in which the boss, Billy Preston, is developed as a character. Preston is arrogant, and viewers will likely end up hating him. A final pro is the beautiful scenery. The Pacific Tropical Island setting lends itself to spectacular views and the scenery is impressive.

Viewers will be entertained throughout the movie by the metamorphosis off Linda from weakling to all-powerful. She has impressive survival skills, which she honed by watching television shows and going on exotic trips. She starts out as a weak cube-dwelling worker bee, with awkward social skills that prevent her from getting a well-deserved promotion (she is a math wizard who works in the shadows). She ends up as a murderer and a suave celebrity. She is celebrated as the only survivor of a horrific plane crash.

Seedy Side of Human Behavior Raises Questions Throughout the Film

The biggest con to ‘Send Help’ is that viewers get an education into the questionable aspects of human behavior. The boss, Bradley Preston, is arrogant and underhanded. He got to the position of President of this company, because his father founded the company. Meanwhile, it is easy to root for the underdog, in Linda Liddle, however she is shown to be an opportunistic murderer. The too is unappealing.

A secondary con to ‘Send Help’ is, a little like ‘Gilligan’s Island,’ features people stranded on a tropical Island. On must wonder, is there are any deserted places on this crowded planet. It turns out, the Island is neither secluded or deserted.

These cons to ‘Send Help’ are fairly minor. ‘Send Help’ is an entertaining movie. People who see it will be entertained by a story in which the underdog, the meek Linda Liddle, prevails. This movie is highly recommended. It did not do too well in theaters, but is routinely liked by critics.
