Many wondered if Dplus KIA was worth the 3-0 start. They got through the Worlds 2026 Swiss Stage with one win over G2 Esports and T1. Then they beat Movistar KOI, who went from 2-0 to 2-3. Bilibili Gaming showed another level in this series. DK never stood a chance. They were behind from the draft. Most importantly, they could not execute when it mattered.
Worlds 2026: Series Summary

A really disappointing end to DK’s Worlds journey. They had high expectations, but the lack of confidence showed. The drafting was mysterious. They gave BLG high-priority picks for their players. It would have been fine if they got something in return. They rarely did. Granted, the draft did not decide the series. BLG were the better team. Their coordination was better. They understood what they needed to win and executed.
Player Ratings

Dplus KIA
Siwoo – 4.7
- Rumble (4), Kennen (4), Olaf (3)
DK’s best player in the series. He earned a solo kill to start. His team lost the rest of the map, and he suffered as a result. He had one good Kennen engage, followed by a bad one. He did not find the value he needed on Olaf.
Lucid – 3.0
- Qiyana (3), Jarvan IV (3), Pantheon (3)
Lucid had a disappointing performance. Almost every engage was a miss. He either went in too early or chose the wrong target. By the time he found angles in game one, it was too late.
ShowMaker – 4.0
- Akali (3), Ryze (5), Viktor (4)
ShowMaker dying solo to Knight did not bode well for the game. He had to get ahead to be useful. He was better in the rest of the series. But he was not consistent enough to help his teammates.
Smash – 3.0
- Corki (3), Yunara (3), Aphelios (3)
Smash never got going in the series. He had way too many positioning mistakes. He never gave his team a chance to help him in fights. Bin made light work of him in game three.
Career – 3.0
- Rell (2), Lulu (4), Thresh (3)
Career’s confidence waned in the series. Almost every death he had in game one was an unforced error. He walked into an engage range for no reason. Everyone will remember his Thresh, either bringing Lucid in to die, or driving away from the Soul fight with the Rift Herald.
Bilibili Gaming
Bin – 7.0
- Ambessa (6), Gnar (6), Jax (9)
Bin had a slow start to the series. He got solo-killed in game one. His teamfight impact was enough in the first two. But then he took over. DK tried to keep him down, but the Jax came online. He never allowed Smash or ShowMaker a moment to breathe.
XUN – 7.0
- Naafiri (8), Lee Sin (7), Trundle (6)
XUN’s impact waned over the series. That was not entirely his fault. He did his job throughout. The difference being that the team needed him to bridge the mid-game as Naafiri. He was everywhere. It was another series where XUN showed his perfect understanding of his role.
Knight – 7.3
- Galio (7), Orianna (8), Ahri (7)
A near-flawless series from Knight. The solo-kill got the ball rolling. As always, he hits the mark on Orianna and Ahri. It remains questionable how he was allowed to play Orianna and Ahri while DK got nothing in return.
Viper – 7.3 (Total Apex Player of the Series)
- Cassiopeia (7), Ezreal (8), Lucian (7)
Viper is hitting peak form again. The first Cassiopeia death was unnecessary, but it did not matter. The snipe on Smash to get first blood in game two was exceptional. He hit the mark in every game.
ON – 7.0
- Nautilus (8), Leona (6), Milio (7)
A surprisingly calm day for ON. He had a handful of weird moments in game two. He had a couple of deaths in game one, but he did his job. He landed the perfect hooks. At that point, his living did not matter. He took a backseat as Milio.
