Resident Evil Survival Unit is a new free-to-play mobile game from Aniplex and JOYCITY Corporation that reimagines the Resident Evil universe, including many characters that have appeared in previous Resident Evil games, such as Leon Kennedy, Jill Valentine, Claire Redfield, and even Carlos Oliveira, who appeared in Resident Evil 3. Now, the devs of Resident Evil Survival Unit have released the game on iOS and Android Devices in a new trailer.
Resident Evil Survival Unit Unveils New Trailer
Resident Evil Survival Unit is a strategy game only available on mobile devices. It isn’t canon to the main storyline of the game, and actually features an original storyline by the devs. Players will build bases, secure resources, and battle creatures in a collapsed city. With the addition of all the iconic characters of the series, the game features team formations, enabling unique combinations while you progress throughout the game.
In addition, the game features a variety of unique gameplay elements, such as single-player missions, puzzle-based survival challenges, alliance formations, and coordinating strategies with others. This game features a new protagonist that you play as, which was revealed in the official launch trailer that dropped a few days ago. The launch trailer showcases the various gameplay types it offers, along with snippets of the storyline, providing a glimpse into this reimagining of the iconic franchise.
Survival Unit Now Available on iOS and Android
Resident Evil Survival Unit is now available to download and play on iOS and Android Devices. So far, the reception has been overwhelmingly positive, with most reviews earning 4 stars or higher on both Google Play and the Apple App Store. The game is free, so check it out on your mobile device while we all wait for the newest installment to the franchise, Resident Evil Requiem, when it drops on February 27 next year.
