Milania Giudice Discloses Bipolar Diagnosis in Video

Milania Giudice bipolar diagnosis was revealed in an Instagram video where she also addressed her current treatment and a recent airport incident.

Milania Giudice Discloses Bipolar Diagnosis in Video

Milania Giudice shared an emotional video on Instagram Monday morning disclosing that she is bipolar and dealing with several other mental health conditions. The 20-year-old, daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, said in the video that she is “not ashamed” of her diagnoses and revealed she is currently in a treatment center.

The disclosure comes about a month after a tense public incident at Tampa International Airport involving Milania, her mother and her 25-year-old sister, Gia Giudice.

What Milania Giudice Said In Her Video

In the Instagram video, Milania Giudice said she is “bipolar and struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD,” according to TMZ. She stated she is “not ashamed of any of it.”

She told her followers she is currently in a treatment center. Giudice also apologized for how she has used her platform recently and acknowledged that followers had witnessed some of the darkest moments of her life.

The Airport Incident And Assault Charge

The Milania Giudice bipolar diagnosis disclosure followed a heated airport confrontation that took place about a month before Oct. 8, 2026. Police were alerted at Tampa International Airport after multiple women said they needed assistance, and Milania was involved in an argument with Teresa Giudice, 54, and Gia Giudice, according to Page Six.

Teresa told police at the time that Milania had recently been released from a hospital and was experiencing suicidal thoughts, Page Six reported.

The airport incident was separate from a simple assault charge Milania Giudice faces from May. Montville Township Chief of Police Andrew Caggiano confirmed the charge stemmed from a domestic incident in which Milania allegedly struck a person identified as LR in the head with her fist, causing redness to the victim’s forehead. Milania enrolled in anger management classes following that alleged incident.

Background

Milania’s mental health disclosure came after she lost her childhood best friend, Victoria Zardoya, in July. She did not detail further specifics of what led to her recent struggles beyond acknowledging in her video that a difficult stretch had unfolded over a short period of time.

What’s Next

No updates on the current status of the May simple assault charge have been reported. It also remains unclear whether the Tampa airport incident resulted in any charges. Milania Giudice has not announced how long she plans to remain in treatment.
