LCK 2026 Regular Season Day 11: KT Survives a DK Scare
Nongshim Redforce ended the second week of the LCK on a bad note. After winning their first two series of the season, they lost all four games in week two. They bounced back against a struggling FearX roster. Later on, KT Rolster survived the Dplus KIA onslaught to win their fifth consecutive LCK series. We may need to have conversations about KT attending MSI.
Nongshim Redforce Versus FearX

Game One – NS Close Out A Messy First Game
NS built an early lead thanks to a 3v3 fight win, which saw Taeyoon pick up most of the gold. Despite their lead, they looked shaky, and BFX nearly fought back. After NS secured the Baron, they steadied the ship to win their first game since week 1. BFX only has themselves to blame for the first game loss.
Game Two – Diable Does Everything To Make it Playable
The early game could not be worse for BFX as they give up multiple kills. NS’s instability allows the game to go on longer, but they are still at an advantage. Diable almost turns it around as he drags his team to a fight win in their base. He earned 4k gold from one fight to lead Taeyoon. However, he did not do the same in the next fight, and the series is over.

KT Rolster Versus Dplus KIA

Game One – DK Runs Away With the Victory
DK stormed to an early lead, focusing on the bot lane. With Smash having a significant gold lead, DK progressed in the game. There were some happy gaming moments, but for the most part, they were in control. They handed KT their second game loss of the LCK regular season.
Game Two – A Messy Back-and-Forth
KT has the kill lead for the entirety of game two. However, DK picks up more gold through Towers. Whenever KT wants to group, Siwoo puts himself in a sidelane to generate more gold. Neither team can find a significant advantage. DK maintains a gold lead despite being down in kills. After multiple Barons, including a steal from Lucid, and an Elder Drake, KT has enough to close out the game.
Game Three – DK Blows An Early Lead
The map is on fire for KT as they fall behind 5k gold. With Baron on their backs, DK is looking destined to be the first team to defeat KT in the regular season. However, they make multiple mistakes, and their lead evaporates. The game stays even in gold for a significant period. Eventually, PerfecT found the angle to kick off a teamfight. KT survives a scare after almost losing their first series of the LCK regular season.

Daystar Was Not The Solution
After BFX won their first series with Daystar, many wondered if he was the reason. Their series against NS confirmed two crucial details: BFX has not returned to form, and Daystar is not that much better than VicLa. It is back to the drawing board for BFX. On the other hand, NS returned to winning ways. They had more shaky moments and reaffirmed that they are a consistently inconsistent team. Until they win multiple games in a row with conviction, doubts will remain.
KT Survives Another Test
DK took KT the distance in the series. It is the first time KT has gone to three games since their win over Gen.G Esports. There were numerous occasions in the series when DK should have won and closed it out. Game three was especially in their hands as they led by 5K gold. However, they allowed KT back into the game, and KT took advantage of their errors. KT survived another test and has now won five series in a row
