This fall, Cash Money Records and No Limit Records are taking over a stadium near you. Starting in September, the two power forces will go on a 17-city joint tour called the “Cash Money & No Limit Tour.” Both labels will feature multiple artists from both labels, similar to the Verzuz battle last year.

Hip-Hop Royalty Joins Forces

On Monday, June 15, BMN Entertainment announced the joint tour on Instagram. To hype the tour announcement with a post featuring the tour dates with a picture of rapper Birdman, CEO of Cash Money Records, and rapper Master P, CEO of No Limit Records.

The caption included, “THE CULTURE IS ABOUT TO WITNESS HISTORY. Two of the biggest independent empires to ever do it are hitting the road together for ONE HISTORIC TOUR.”

The post ends with, “This is more than a concert — it’s a celebration of legacy, entrepreneurship, Black excellence, and the soundtrack of a generation.”

Cash Money and No Limit Tour Lineup Has Fans Buzzing

The first show will be in Houston, TX, at the Toyota Center on September 11. Other cites include New Orleans, LA; Atlanta, GA; and Dallas, TX, culminating in Cleveland, OH on November 15.

According to Ticketmaster, the “Cash Money & No Limit Tour” show lineup includes “Birdman, Juvenile, Mannie Fresh, B.G., Master P, Silkk the Shocker, Mia X, Mac, Mercedes, Fiend, Choppa Style, and Mr. Serv-On, with special guest Boosie BadAzz.”

Lil Boosie will not appear at two shows, and the concert lineup could be expanded or changed. Both Cash Money Records and No Limit Records have an extensive roster of artists who can make a guest appearance at any show.

For example, Birdman and Lil Wayne were once a “father and son” rap duo, expanding into Young Money and putting Drake and Nicki Minaj into the spotlight. Because of past beef and legal issues between the father-and-son duo, Lil Wayne is not on tour, but fans are hoping for a reunion this tour.

There is even a chance that Master P will bring out at least one of the kids. Don’t expect to see No Limit Records artist Mystikal on tour soon; he was recently sentenced to 20 years in prison for third-degree rape.

Before you ask, Total Apex Entertainment has you covered on dress code. Before Hot Girl Summer and City Girls, it was hoochie mamas. The concert dress code is camouflage or ’90s hood video vixen. Think booty shorts, big gold hoop earrings, bandanna, gold teeth, and braids straight to the back. Pinterest, Instagram, and Lemon8 are great apps for finding outfit inspiration.
