The Sagittarius horoscope for Oct. 10 arrives under a New Moon in Libra, exact at 11:50 a.m. ET, according to NASA’s guide to moon phases. The Moon joins the Sun in Libra at 17 degrees, both sitting in your 11th house of friends, groups and hopes for the future. That makes this a day for setting intentions around who you surround yourself with and what you want your community to look like.
A New Moon marks a fresh start, and this one lands squarely in the part of your chart tied to long-term wishes and social circles. Whatever network or goal you plant a seed for now has room to grow over the coming weeks.
Love And Relationships
Venus remains retrograde in Scorpio, moving through your 12th house of rest, reflection and endings, at 7 degrees. Mercury sits nearby in Scorpio at 12 degrees, also in that same quiet, private zone. Together they suggest romantic matters are better processed internally today than announced publicly.
If an old flame or unresolved feeling resurfaces, sit with it before acting. Venus square Mars, with Mars at 7 degrees Leo in your 9th house of travel and beliefs, can stir friction if a partner’s views on adventure or philosophy clash with your need for solitude right now.
Career And Money
Jupiter sits in Leo at 21 degrees, also in your 9th house, alongside Mars. This combination favors conversations about further education, publishing, travel for work or any project tied to expanding your reach professionally. The New Moon’s placement in your 11th house adds weight to networking today.
A colleague, mentor or group connection made now could matter down the road. Keep ambitions grounded, since Saturn retrograde in Aries at 10 degrees, working through your 5th house of creativity, asks for patience before any big move gets locked in.
Health And Wellbeing
With Venus and Mercury both tucked into your 12th house of rest and reflection, this is a good day to slow down rather than push through. Mars sextile Uranus, with Uranus retrograde in Gemini at 5 degrees sitting in your 7th house of partnerships, can bring a burst of restless energy. Channel it into something light rather than forcing a confrontation.
A short walk, quiet journaling session or extra sleep supports you more than a packed schedule today. Talk to a doctor or other health professional before starting any new fitness or wellness routine.
Sagittarius Tip For Saturday
Write down one hope for your friend circle or a group you belong to, then let the New Moon’s energy carry it forward quietly instead of broadcasting it right away.
