Iron Maiden announced a 2027 North American tour, the third and final leg of its 50th anniversary Run for Your Lives tour. The 16-date run kicks off April 14 in Tacoma, Washington, and wraps May 16 with a headlining set at the Boardwalk Rock festival in Ocean City, Maryland.
Steve Harris, the band’s bassist and founder, made the announcement, according to Variety. Bullet for My Valentine and The Raven Age will serve as support acts, marking the first time since 1983 that Iron Maiden has toured with a three British band bill, Rolling Stone reported.

The confirmed North American leg includes stops across the West Coast, Southwest, South and East Coast. According to Consequence, the schedule includes these dates:

Why The Band Added A Third Leg
Harris said the band had originally planned to step away from touring in 2027 but reconsidered after enjoying its recent run through the United States and Canada. “As many of our fans know, Maiden were planning on taking a break from live performances in 2027, but we’ve been enjoying this last leg in the USA and Canada so much that we all had a chat and decided we should take the show to parts we missed, particularly the North West and South East,” Harris said, according to Consequence. “It just seems fair to our many fans there who have given us tremendous support for so many years. We can’t get everywhere but we can try!”
Harris also pointed to the band’s festival dates in Columbus and Ocean City as a deliberate choice. “Also, we have always enjoyed playing the many great festivals that are in Europe and wanted to experience a couple more in the USA which we will do at the end of the tour in Columbus and Maryland,” he said. “At festivals you are not just playing to your own fans so it’s always a challenge and we all love a challenge!”
The tour follows Iron Maiden’s induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2026, according to Variety.
Ticket Pre-Sale And On-Sale Details
Pre-sale tickets go on sale Monday, Oct. 19, at 10 a.m. local time through Ticketmaster, according to Consequence. General on-sale tickets follow Friday, Oct. 23, at 10 a.m. local time, also through Ticketmaster. Pricing and VIP package details have not been announced.
