Bunnie Xo during a 2024 interview; Dylan Wolf now calls their romance super real

“I think the air is pretty clear.” That’s how Dylan Wolf, 24, summed up his romance with podcaster Bunnie Xo, 46, in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly published Thursday, Oct. 1.

The “Calabasas Confidential” star spoke to the magazine Tuesday, Sept. 29, at the Blue Jacket Fashion Show presented by Johnson & Johnson at the W Hollywood. He called the connection “super real” and said he was “definitely caught by surprise” by it.

“You know, having the time of my life with an amazing person, and I’m just happy that I’m here and get to be here,” Wolf said. “I’m happy in this chapter of my life, and I hope it doesn’t change anytime soon.”

How Dylan Wolf and Bunnie Xo first made headlines

The pair were first seen kissing over the Fourth of July weekend at Goodnight Nashville, the bar owned by Bunnie Xo’s ex-husband, Jelly Roll, Page Six reported. That was about a month after news broke that Bunnie Xo (real name Alyssa DeFord) and Jelly Roll, 41, had quietly filed for divorce. The two married in 2016 and finalized the split in July, according to Us Weekly.

Not everyone cheered the new couple. When commenters zeroed in on the 22-year age gap under a September video of the two (Page Six described it as a Waffle House outing), Bunnie Xo pushed back. “Hey guys, I’m having fun & he gave me my smile back,” she wrote, adding, “Ya girl is living her best life,” and signing off with “let meeeee k thanks byeeeee.”

Bunnie Xo says Jelly Roll ‘gets it’

On a July episode of her “Dumb Blonde” podcast, Bunnie Xo said her ex had no problem with her moving on. “He gets it,” she said, calling it “not an issue at all.” Us Weekly noted she didn’t mention Wolf by name and instead aimed her frustration at onlookers who filmed her that night while she was trying to move past a brutal year.

She also said she planned to “move forward with a lot more integrity and class,” Page Six reported, but she wasn’t apologizing for the kiss. “I had fun,” she said. “I am healing out loud. So what I had fun under the fireworks? I hope I get kissed under 10 more fireworks.”

The former couple is also untangling their shared property. Citing TMZ, Page Six reported Thursday that they listed their custom-built home in Franklin, Tennessee, for under $7 million. Bunnie Xo and Jelly Roll were together in the spotlight as recently as February, when their dance at the 2026 Grammys went viral.

Dylan Wolf leans into reality TV and men’s health

Dylan Wolf is one of 14 cast members on “Calabasas Confidential,” the Netflix reality series that dropped all eight Season 1 episodes on May 29, according to Netflix’s Tudum. The streamer pitches the show as a group of friends, exes and rivals returning to their upscale Southern California hometown after college.

Wolf told Us Weekly that his new life as a reality star has been a nonstop ride. “Every day it’s something new, and I have found myself somewhere, and I’m so happy, and it’s just been great this far,” he said.

He was at the Blue Jacket event to support men’s health awareness, a cause he called personal. “Men’s health is super important. I’ve always been an advocate and stood for it,” Dylan Wolf said. “I’ve gone through it myself, and, you know, it’s only right that I’m here to spread the awareness.”
