Amazon is offering major discounts on select Legend of Zelda amiibo figures, including Sidon, Riju, and Tulin. Discover how these collectibles enhance gameplay in Tears of the Kingdom and other Nintendo titles- and why they’re relevant with the Switch 2.
Big Savings on Zelda Amiibo: Sidon, Riju, and Tulin Now $19.99
Nintendo fans and collectors have reason to celebrate- Amazon is currently offering a limited-time discount on three popular Legend of Zelda amiibo figures: Sidon, Riju, and Tulin. Originally priced at $29.99, each figure is now available for just $19.99, representing a generous 33% markdown. Whether you’re a seasoned amiibo collector or a newcomer looking to enhance your gameplay, this deal is worth a closer look.
These amiibo aren’t decorative-they unlock exclusive content in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. By scanning any of the three figures via NFC, players gain access to a unique paraglider’s fabric design, bonus materials, and even rare weapons. This adds a layer of customization and reward that enriches the overall experience of the game.
Beyond Tears of the Kingdom, these figures offer perks in other Nintendo titles as well. For example, Link’s Awakening players can unlock Chamber Dungeons, while Mario Kart 8 Deluxe users receive a Zelda-themed Mii racing suit. These cross-title benefits make the amiibo a versatile addition to any Nintendo fan’s collection.
Amiibo Still Going Strong with Nintendo Switch 2
Despite early speculation that Nintendo might phase out amiibo support with the release of the Switch 2, the opposite has proven true. Not only do existing amiibo support the release of the Switch 2, but the opposite has proven true. Not only do existing amiibo remain compatible, but new figures are being released for upcoming titles like Donkey Kong Banaza and Street Fighter 6. This continued support underscores Nintendo’s commitment to integrating physical collectibles into its gaming ecosystem.
Players using Tears of the Kingdom on the Switch 2 with the upgrade pack will notice significant performance improvements. The enhanced version boasts smoother frame rates and higher resolution, addressing many of the technical limitations of the original Switch release. As IGN’s Tom Marks noted, “This really does feel like the way this game was always meant to played.”
For those looking to stay ahead of future deals and preorder opportunities, IGN recommends following their Deals team via newsletter or social media. With over 30 years of combined experience, the team consistently highlights the best gaming discounts available online.
Whether you’re in it for the gaming experience or just enjoying collecting, now is a great time to grab these Zelda amiibo before they sell out. With compatibility across multiple titles and continued support from Nintendo, these figures remain a smart investment for fans and gamers alike.
