Whether you want to admit it or not, we love watching drama unfold on the many shows on Bravo. Lucky for Bravo fans, there’s a new show in the works: Next Gen NYC. This new show is set to usher in a whole new set of fans as Bravo is trying to cater to the younger generation as this new show has a much younger cast. What can we expect from the new show?
What Is Next Gen NYC?
If you’re a sucker for any of the shows on Bravo, then you’ll be sure to love the new brainchild from Bravo executives. According to Glamour, Next Gen NYC will follow a group of 10 privileged Gen-Zs. The catch? These 20-somethings are all children of current and past Real Housewives as well as other famous nepo babies.
Glamour reports that according to the press release from the show, “Next Gen NYC follows a tangled web of friends raised in the spotlight—or at least close enough for good lighting—as they stumble into adulthood one brunch, breakup, and spontaneous decision at a time.”
Before Next Gen NYC became Next Gen NYC, Bravo first announced it would be making a new show, instead calling it Making It In Manhattan, according to ScreenRant. The show will follow these Gen-Zers as they try to “make it” in New York City.
Who’s In The Cast?
With so many options for children of Bravo stars to star in this new show, which one of these nepo babies is going to appear on Next Gen NYC?
According to People, this lineup for the cast is pretty stacked. Ariana Biermann, daughter of Kim Zolciak Biermann of Real Housewives of Atlanta, made the cut, along with Rile Burruss, daughter of Kandi Burruss of Real Housewives of Atlanta, Gia Giudice, daughter of Teresa Giudice of Real Housewives of New Jersey, Brooks Marks, son of Meredith Marks of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Ava Dash, the daughter of Damon Dash and Rachel Roy, model and influencer Emira D’Spain, Shai Fruchter, NYC socialite Georgia McCann, Ariana Biermann’s on-again/off-again boyfriend Hudson McLeory, and crypto trader Charlie Zakkour.
With wealthy parents like these, it should be interesting to see how this new generation of Bravo stars plans to “make it” in a brand new city.
The series premieres on Bravo on June 3 at 9 p.m. ET, and will be available to stream on Peacock the next day.
