However, representatives from the PR company have alleged that the document is false. They also threatened legal action against anyone involved in spreading the bogus claims.

In August 2024, a document about Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s relationship surfaced online. Images of the document showed that it contained a media plan for the couple’s breakup. The forms bore the name and logo of the company representing Travis Kelce, Full Scope. The paperwork, which originated from Snapchat, created a buzz as soon as it was posted. “This is on Emily’s desk rn lol,” the post read. However, Full Scope claimed they have never had an Emily in employment.
Meanwhile, the PR plan quickly gained traction online, especially because it contained specific information. The documents noted that Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift would announce their breakup on Sept. 28, 2024. This would occur some days after the real split to “allow the initial media frenzy to settle and ensure clarity.” The paperwork also bore an example of the PR statement. Additionally, the PR statement would emphasize “Respect and Privacy,” “Professional Focus,” and “Personal Growth.”
Travis Kelce’s Reps Deny Kelce and Taylor Swift’s Breakup
However, Kelce reps have denied the documents’ validity, claiming they were forged. “These documents are entirely false and fabricated and were not created, issued, or authorized by this agency,” a rep for the PR company told Page Six. “We have engaged our legal team to initiate proceedings against the individuals or entities responsible for the unlawful and injurious forgery of documents.” Meanwhile, a source told the outlet that the PR plan appeared to be a student’s work. In the meantime, the Reddit post on which the documents were shared has been taken down.
Celebrity PR Expert Says Documents Are Real
Since the documents dropped online, there have been divergent reactions about their validity. A few people think the athlete and pop star’s relationship was genuine, just as the papers are authentic. PR crisis expert Molly Mcpherson belongs to this group. In response to a follower’s comment, she argued for the documents’ validity in a TikTok video. Mcpherson thought they were real because Kelce’s spokesperson only spoke to Daily Mail; the outlet manages the athlete’s career.
She also claimed that it wasn’t strange for a celebrity couple to have a breakup plan. Nevertheless, she reiterated that the documents’ validity did not confirm Kelce and Swift’s breakup. However, Kelce’s brother, Jason Kelce, denied the breakup rumors on The Pivot Podcast. He noted that his brother wanted to keep his relationship with Swift private because of her status. However, the couple was okay, and he was happy for his brother.
Travis Denies Breakup Rumors
This is not the first time Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have been rumored to have broken up. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end slammed rumors about their March split. “A lot of false media being tossed out there. But I’ll tell you what wasn’t false, and it was when I landed in Australia and saw all the cameras,” Kelce said. Kelce and Swift had spent some time together in Los Angeles then.
