LCK 2026 Regular Season Log

Gen.G Esports and FearX are the final two teams to kick off their regular season. They are both coming off a 3-0 loss to G2 Esports at First Stand. Their start to the LCK could not have been worse, as both teams lost today. Gen.G sees their perfect LCK record for 2026 snapped, while HANJIN BRION ends their loss streak since the Play-Ins last year.

Game One: Bdd Steals Baron To End The Game

KT is becoming the surprise of the LCK so far. They came out swinging in the first game against Gen.G Esports. Aiming and Effort controlled the bot lane, which also allowed Cuzz to build a lead. Canyon targeted PerfecT to keep the Jayce from snowballing. Gen.G was making plays, but their execution was poor. They earned two kills near the Baron pit and moved towards the objective. However, Bdd stole the Baron, and KT chased down the rest of the Gen.G members to win the game.

Game Two – Gen.G Roars to Life

Kiin picks Varus top for redemption of his Vayne game from First Stand. He solo kills PerfecT and is the target of multiple ganks. Ruler outplays a dive, and the game explodes. The old Gen.G comes back as they dominate the mid-game. Gen.G storms to a 17k gold lead at the end of the game.

Game Three – KT Complete a Perfect Week

The game looked rough for KT as their lanes were bleeding early. However, they stabilized just in time for the teamfight composition to get ahead. They had some shaky moments, including Effort dying too often. Ruler could not live in fights as KT targeted him for success.

Game One – A Mysterious Late Game

HANJIN BRION had a significant advantage in the late-game. They had Hextech Soul, a 7k gold lead, and were about to secure Baron. Diable stole the Void objective away to stall the game. BRO were too late for the Elder Drake and nearly lost the game. However, they righted the ship to secure their own Baron and Elder. With Exodia at their backs, BRO ended the game.

Game Two – A Slow Brew Into Dominant Victory

The second game took some time to get started. BFX got an early lead thanks to lane advantages. However, their lead evaporated as they took a bad fight. The team that prided themselves on teamfighting during the LCK Cup fell apart. Clear and Raptor did not coordinate on their dives, and BRO stormed to a 2-0 victory.

Gen.G Loses to KT Rolster Again

KT was Gen.G’s boegy team towards the end of the year. They knocked them down to the Lower Bracket in the LCK playoffs and eliminated them from the World Championship. Following KT’s shock victory over T1 earlier this week, they did it again. In one week, KT has beaten Gen.G and T1, the two teams many predicted to win the LCK. The inclusion of Effort has evidently made a difference to this roster. He has given them the stability they needed

FearX Out of Sorts

BFX’s exit from First Stand left many concerns for the roster. Their return to the LCK has increased the doubts. Against the supposed worst team in the league, they faltered. Save for mistakes from BRO, BFX would not have had a chance in the first game. Their coordination was all over the place. Raptor and Kellin looked like shells of their LCK Cup. For BRO, they earned their first series victory of the year and their first win over BFX since 2022.
