Audiences all around the world scroll infinitely through streaming platforms, trying to find the newest releases and what is leaving soon, and Hulu is no exception. The worst feeling comes when you go on to a streaming platform only to find your favorite movie or television series is no longer there anymore or that you missed the premiere of a hit new show. Fear no more; here are the top 3 productions on Hulu released in November.
It’s All Country
Hulu’s It’s All Country will be exploring 100 years of country music, including the massive impact the genre has had in the world along with the iconic artists and memorable songs that accompanied performances. The TV series will showcase everything that shaped the country’s industry within its first century of existence. It’s All Country will be hosted by the iconic country singer Luke Bryan, who is known for his superstar career as a singer-songwriter. Country Aircheck declared him the Most Heard Artist of the Last Decade with hit songs such as Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye, Rain is a Good Thing, and Crash My Party. Its All Country will be released on Hulu in November.
Interior Chinatown
The hilarious comedy drama Interior Chinatown, created by showrunner Charles Yu, will be released on Hulu on November 19th, 2024. Interior Chinatown stars Jimmy O. Yang, Chloe Bennett, and Tzi Ma. The television series will follow “an Asian-American actor struggling against clichéd roles and stereotypes, both at work and in his personal life.” The first season will consist of ten episodes, all of which will be released on the same day, unlike other streaming TV show releases. The police procedural takes your everyday character and throws them into the world; he knows the darkest secrets along with his family history. Another great addition to your November watch list.
Jim Gaffigan: The Skinny
Hulu will be kicking off its Hulu Laughing Now brand with comedian Jim Gaffigan with his episode of The Skinny. The new brand will premiere 12 comedy specials from legendary comedians. Gaffigan stated, “This is probably the biggest announcement that will happen to television since the invention of the TV dinner… They’re doing it, not half-assed. They’re doing it full-assed. I don’t know if I’m allowed to say that.” Craig Erwich, president of Disney Television Group, agrees, “Our slate is a true celebration of the art of stand-up, and we plan to make this a best-in-class destination for comedic talent through partnerships with other areas of The Walt Disney Company, bringing these comedians into our family in a meaningful way.”
The Skinny was filmed in Boston at the Wilbur Theatre. More comedians will be announced shortly; however, Jim Gaffigan’s new special will debut on November 22nd, 2024, outside of the US.
Final Thoughts
Hulu has another star-studded lineup for November spanning multiple genres and platforms as well. It’s All Country, Chinatown Interior, and Jim Gaffigan: The Skinny are some of the biggest productions coming to the platform and will likely dominate the platform in November.
