Agatha All Along is streaming on Disney+ right now. It is a spin-off series from Marvel’s WandaVision. It stars Kathryn Hahn as Agatha, a witch trying to break a curse bestowed on her by the Scarlett Witch. The Marvel Universe has a wide range of storylines, but anyone who is a fan will probably enjoy this new one! There is a lot of depth to Agatha, but to unfold the mysteries of her character, one must first help her break the curse.
Agatha All Along starring Kathryn Hahn
Kathryn Hahn is an American actress and comedian. She has starred in many comedies with a lot of great comedians, but this role is different. It takes her comedic career down a dramatic turn when she plays a witch who is trying to escape a spell cast on her. Her character in this Disney+ new series is dark, mysterious, and advantageous. Also, it is a spin-off to show WandaVision, starring Mary Olsen as Scarlet Witch. It’s not mandatory to binge-watch WandaVision first, but in between episodes, you can catch up.
Agatha All Along Plot
Referred to as “Agnes” in the first episode, Agatha is immediately partnered up with Rio Divel, played by Audry Plaza. She is not too happy about it either because it is instantly implied that they have a stressful past based on the tone of their voices.
Solving the murder is just the beginning because West View, the town where Agnes has lived her whole life, knows there are secrets to be discovered. The direction the series takes after that is surprising because magic, of course, is involved!
Conclusion
More characters are brought to life with this new series. There’s a new mysterious character who can’t say his name, played by Joe Locke. Also, viewers are reintroduced to Mrs. Hart, played by Debra Jo Rupp. Three new witches join the coven as well. Lilia Calderu played by Patti LuPone, Jennifer Kale played by Sasheer Zamata, and Alice Wu Gulliver played by Ali Ahn.
The show gives off major “witchy vibes” that any true witch would love. So, you have to keep watching to unlock more mysteries and undo the spells. The show doesn’t leave out references to tarot cards, covens, and the Tripple Moon Goddess—all major hints the writers of this series know what they are doing! Even the song playing with the credits at the end of the first episode emphasizes this is a show about a witch, and it’s going to be epic!
The Marvel universe never ceases to amaze its fans with characters who are so real it’s imaginable.
