Additionally, Kennedy’s Komodo set in Dallas, Texas, was removed from the venue’s website, suggesting the show has been canceled too. Furthermore, a fan account revealed an email from a Ticketmaster company, Universe, seemingly confirming this cancellation.

Accordingly, a spokesperson for the Burbank Police Department stated that authorities responded to a call around 11:30 p.m. on December 10. The phone call regarded an argument between James Kennedy and an unnamed woman. Although officers didn’t see any visible injuries upon arriving at the scene, the caller alleged that Kennedy became physical with the women. This accusation prompted the police to take action, leading to Kennedy being taken into custody.
Following an investigation, authorities determined that the Kennedy’s incident involved domestic matters. His arrest resulted in Kennedy being booked on misdemeanor domestic violence charges. Subsequently, Kennedy posted his $20,000 bail and was released from jail. According to the Burbank City Attorney’s office, the case is currently under review, where formal charges will be determined. Notably, Kennedy lives with his girlfriend and fellow Vanderpump Rules co-star, Ally Lewber, in Burbank, California. However, it’s unclear whether Lewber was the woman involved in the original incident.
In a statement released by James Kennedy’s attorney, Scott Leemon, he addressed Kennedy’s recent arrest. Mainly, they acknowledged the Burbank Police Department’s allegations against the reality star. Days before James Kennedy’s arrest, Lewber spoke publicly about their relationship. In a New York Post interview on December 8, she shared that their relationship was stronger than ever. After announcing a Vanderpump Rules reboot involving an all-star cast, Lewber initially expressed she was looking forward to a more private life. During that time, she could happily focus on her relationship with Kennedy without the intense scrutiny of being a reality television star.
