Hailey Bieber, 28, Rolls Eyes at Husband’s Controversial Instagram Post

Hailey Bieber Just Served Her Husband the Ultimate Reality Check. Oh, Justin. Sweet, tone-deaf Justin. When you think the Biebs might have figured out how to navigate social media without stepping on a landmine, he goes and proves us all wrong. Again.

Hailey Bieber Rolls Her Eyes at Husband

The pop star decided Monday was the perfect day to bless his Instagram followers with not one, but two shirtless mirror selfies fresh from what appeared to be a home gym session. Because apparently, nothing says “I’m a mature married father” quite like flexing your tattooed torso for the internet. Clearly, the pop star was feeling himself on his Instagram posts. But here’s where it gets interesting – and by interesting, I mean cringe-worthy enough to make you physically recoil from your phone screen.

Justin captioned his thirst trap masterpiece with “thirstrap fa u hoes,” complete with tongue emojis because subtlety has never been his strong suit. Yes, you read that correctly. A 30-year-old married man with a one-year-old son casually threw around the word “hoes” as if it were 2010 and he was still that kid singing about “baby, baby, baby.”

The audacity is genuinely impressive. Here’s a guy who’s been trying to rebrand himself as a reformed bad boy, a devoted husband, and a responsible father, only to turn around and post content that sounds like it was written by his teenage self, who thought calling women “hoes” was peak comedy. Understandably, Hailey Bieber clearly wasn’t having any of it. Mrs. Bieber’s response was swift, brutal, and absolutely perfect in its simplicity.

She dropped a single eye-rolling emoji in the comments: “🙄.” That’s it. No words needed at all. Just like pictures, emjois are worth a thousand words. Just pure, unadulterated “are you serious right now?” energy that every person who’s ever been married to someone with questionable judgment can relate to. Quickly, fans picked up on the savage undertone of Hailey Bieber’s reaction.

Hailey Bieber has built a successful career as a model and entrepreneur. She’s built out her own space in the beauty industry with Rhode Skin, navigating public scrutiny with grace. She has held on to her own identity despite being married to one of the biggest pop stars in the world. The last thing she wants is her husband’s regressive language choices making headlines.

The Eye Roll Heard Around the Internet

“HAILEY REPLYING 🙄 IS SENDING ME,” one user commented, perfectly capturing what we were all thinking. Another joked, “Girl Hailey, you get to see this every day… let us live with the picture,” while a third said, “Hailey said log off.” And honestly? Good for her. Someone needed to check Justin’s online behavior, and who better than the woman who has to wake up next to him every morning and probably deals with the fallout from his social media mishaps on a regular basis?

Now, before we all start writing the divorce papers for them, let’s pump the brakes a little. Hailey Bieber’s eye-roll moment can be interpreted in several ways. Maybe she’s genuinely annoyed with her husband’s choice to objectify women in his caption. Perhaps she’s tired of him posting thirst traps when he’s supposed to be focused on family life.

Or maybe – and this might be the most realistic option – she’s just a normal wife calling out her husband’s dumb social media behavior. The internet, of course, has been speculating about the state of the Bieber marriage for what feels like forever. Every interaction, every caption, every time one of them breathes wrong gets dissected like it holds the secret to their relationship status.

Earlier this year, there was drama over Justin’s alleged reaction to Hailey Bieber’s Vogue cover, cryptic posts, wedding ring absences – the whole celebrity marriage soap opera package. But here’s the thing about this entire situation: Justin’s casual use of derogatory language toward women in 2025. We’re not living in the era of music videos where calling women “hoes” was somehow acceptable (spoiler alert: it never actually was).

This is a grown man with a platform of millions who casually threw that word around as if it meant nothing. This isn’t Justin’s first rodeo with questionable social media content this year. He’s been photographed with drug paraphernalia, made concerning posts about sobriety, and generally given off the vibe of someone who might be going through it mentally.

Final Thoughts

Perhaps Justin should think carefully before posting, as it reveals a lot that his wife called him out publicly rather than privately. His family deserves it instead of trying to recapture whatever he thinks his glory days were. Because right now, Hailey Bieber is carrying the emotional labor of their entire public image, and that eye-roll emoji. Yes, Justin can live his life, but as a married man and a father, there are things he needs to change.
