Zoë Kravitz and Harry Styles confirmed their romance while trying to fly under the radar Wednesday. Where there is smoke there is fire, and the budding romance upset fans. While on a low-key walk in the Brooklyn, NY, neighborhood of Williamsburg at 2:30 p.m. ET, the movie star and “As It Was” singer were spotted by a fan throughout a three-minute period packing on the PDA. “They were holding hands and laughing together, like, very casual. He was making some joke. He leaned his head back, looked up and she was laughing.”

The stars are “comfortable” around each other, did not want to be noticed because they had “not wanting to be seen energy. Williamsburg at this time — it was literally just us on the street,” a source explains to the New York Post’s Page Six. “It was a work day and it was kind of a secluded side street and they were just the only two other people on the street with me.” The photographer says that at one point the famous pair caught them snapping pics, noting, “That’s when I left.”

Cash Warren was spotted hanging out with a much younger actress again this week. Following his recent fling with model Hana Sun Doerr. The producer, who is the ex-husband of Jessica Alba, was photographed leaving the Bird Streets Club in Los Angeles with Seanna Pereira early Wednesday morning, and again in the wee hours of Thursday. Since nothing good happens after midnight, this was particularly bad. Warren, 46, and Pereira, 20, looked cozy as they kept close while hopped into a car together, according to photos, despite the 26 year age difference.

Warren’s outing with the aspiring movie star comes nearly a month after he was seen on a date with 25-year-old Doerr. The following morning, Warren and Pereira were photographed again as they hit the exclusive hot spot again, this time, coordinating in black outfits. While Pereira sported a black mini dress and knee-high black boots, Warren appeared to wear the same pants as the night before, along with a sleek black button-down.

Daily #3: Warner Bros. Discovery Sues Midjourney for Copyright Infringement in Major Legal Battle

The third story in today’s daily is Warner Brothers is suing artificial intelligence company Midjourney for copyright infringement, alleging that the startup company enables its millions of subscribers to create AI-generated images and videos of copyrighted characters like Superman and Bugs Bunny. Warner Brothers the third big Hollywood studio to sue Midjourney in federal court. Disney and Universal filed a joint lawsuit in June. Midjourney, based in San Francisco, did not respond to requests for comment. The lawsuit alleges Midjourney trained its AI system on “illegal copies” of Warner Brothers characters and it encourages its users to pick characters like Batman, Wonder Woman, Scooby-Doo or the Powderpuff Girls and create downloaded images and videos of those characters.

Warner Brothers says it is entitled to up to $150,000 in damages per infringed work, like it needs it. Midjourney has denied the copyright infringement allegations in the Disney and Universal case, arguing in an August court filing that while its AI tool “had to be trained on billions of publicly available images,” it did so “in order to learn visual concepts” and how they correspond to language. Midjourney will probably say the same in its suit with Warner Brothers.
