Daily #1: WWE Legend Vince McMahon Celebrates 80th Birthday Amid Sex Misconduct Allegations
The first story in the daily is Vince McMahon, the former WWE head man, threw himself a lavish party in honor of his 80th birthday with several WWE superstars. The party took place at midtown Manhattan’s swanky Baccarat Hotel and Gotham Hall. The guest list for his 80th birthday in New York’s Gotham Hall was star-studded and included WWE icons like John Cena, The Undertaker, wrestling great Michelle McCool, ’90s favorite Sgt. Slaughter, wrestling great Kane, and McMahon’s son and fellow WWE exec Shane, per the outlet. Singer Kid Rock also reportedly made an appearance.
McMahon has led a fairly quiet life in recent months, so this party was a departure from normal. The former WWE boss resigned from the professional wrestling world in January 2024 after a former WWE employee filed a lawsuit against him with accusations of sexual assault. According to the “Wall Street Journal,” McMahon allegedly lured her with promises of career advancement and then exploited and trafficked her to other men inside the company.
Daily #2: Kate Middleton and Prince William Face Privacy Concerns From Neighbors Ahead of Move
Daily story number two has to do with Prince William and Kate Middleton facing move problems. Their neighbors are up in arms. Here is a sample. One resident of the nearby Cranbourne Hall Residential Park is concerned for the Prince and Princess of Wales’ privacy during the move, especially their three young children. Another said, “I welcome them. But I hope the public allows them to live there quietly as a family. It’s a less private spot than their previous home, from what I know about the location.”
Of their displacement, “They were told to move out,” an insider told Daily Mail. “I guess they were given somewhere else, but they were told they had to move. They were not expecting it,” the source added. Forest Lodge, a Georgian mansion located in Windsor Great Park, boasts a reported $21 million price tag. It is an eight-bedroom property and sits just a stone’s throw away from the Wales family’s current four-bedroom Adelaide Cottage home.
Daily #3: Are Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson Done? Relationship Update
The daily story number three is that Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson’s relationship may be over. Any news about Pamela Anderson is big news. The lovebirds appeared to be in a solid relationship. In a recent interview with the magazine Esquire, published on August 13, the actress spoke about her The Naked Gun co-star. “I’m familiar with Liam’s career,” she said. “He’s had such an incredible career, starting in theater and being part of this acting royalty, from Schindler’s List and all the other films he’s done.”
In the same interview, Neeson also spoke well of Anderson. He described his Naked Gun character as “the femme fatale.” He continued, “That’s the best way to describe her character, who is very beautiful, sexy, and funny. Pamela is all that and more. Any scene with Pamela Anderson was terrific, and I always looked forward to working with her. I think we got on well. She’s certainly become a new pal. She’s terrific to work with. No big ego, no airs, graces. We had a few laughs on set.”
