The Scorpio horoscope for Oct. 11, 2026, centers on a New Moon that slips into Scorpio at 11:21 a.m. ET, landing in your first house of self, identity and first impressions. The Moon starts the day in Libra before making that shift, and it arrives with only 1% illumination, according to the timeanddate.com moon phase data. With Mercury already at 13 degrees Scorpio and a retrograde Venus sitting at 7 degrees in your own sign, this is a day built around you, how you present yourself and what you choose to start fresh.
What The New Moon In Scorpio Means For You
A New Moon in your first house is traditionally read as a personal reset point, a moment to plant seeds around identity rather than outside circumstances. Because Venus is retrograde in Scorpio at the same time, that reset carries a layer of review. You may find yourself reconsidering how you want to look, speak or show up rather than rushing into something brand new. Mercury’s placement in Scorpio sharpens your thinking about yourself, your motives and your next move.
Meanwhile the Sun sits at 18 degrees Libra in your 12th house of rest, reflection and endings, a quieter backdrop that can make this New Moon feel more internal than public. Whatever intention you set today may not be one you announce right away.
Love And Relationships
Retrograde Venus in your own sign asks you to look back before looking forward. If you have been weighing how you come across to a partner or potential partner, this transit favors revisiting old patterns over chasing something new. The sources note a Venus square Mars aspect, with Mars at 7 degrees Leo in your 10th house of career and reputation. That tension can surface as a pull between personal desires and public image, so a conversation about where a relationship fits into your more visible life may feel more pointed than usual today.

Career And Money
Mars and Jupiter both sit in Leo in your 10th house of career, reputation and public life, at 7 and 21 degrees respectively. That combination points to an active, visible stretch for your professional reputation, and the Venus-Mars square suggests ambition and personal values may be pulling in slightly different directions today. It is worth being deliberate about which career moves you make public now versus which ones you let settle privately first, especially with the New Moon encouraging an internal reset before external action.
Saturn retrograde in Aries continues to sit in your sixth house of daily work and routines, a reminder that structure and consistency in your day-to-day tasks matter more than any single big swing at work today.
Health And Wellbeing
With Saturn retrograde and Neptune retrograde both in Aries in your sixth house of daily work and health routines, this is a day to favor realistic, sustainable habits over anything drastic. Neptune’s presence there can blur the line between what your body needs and what you think it needs, so simple, grounded choices around rest and routine serve you better than an ambitious overhaul. Talk to a doctor or other health professional before making any significant changes to diet, exercise or medication.
Scorpio Tip For Sunday
Use the New Moon’s arrival in your sign as a quiet checkpoint rather than a launchpad. Write down one thing about how you want to show up differently this month, then let it sit. With Venus retrograde still active, today favors reflection over action, and the intention you set privately now has room to develop before you make it known to others.
