It seems like anyone and everyone is getting a residency in Las Vegas these days. New Kids On The Block are the most recent ones to jump on the bandwagon. The boy band that exploded in the ’80s is trying something different. While they’ve been touring and putting out new music for literal decades, they’re finally trying something new, and this time it’s a Las Vegas residency at Park MGM, and fans are already loving it.

New Kids On The Block just kicked off their brand new Las Vegas residency on June 20th. The residency has five shows in June, three in July, eight in November, and eight in February. The boy band is excited to try something new, and the residency was the perfect way for them to do it.

Danny Wood told The Hollywood Reporter, “There’s definitely some things we’re doing here that we could never do on a tour. Being in this theater, it comes with a lot of benefits  — there’s already built-in [features] in the rafters, the lights and sound are already built into the place, so you have things in this show that you would never out on a tour.”

New Kids On The Block have been known to put their fans first and cater to them. They want to make sure that everyone has the best time and has the best seat, no matter where they sit. There’s a moving stage flood, and suspended platforms that elevate the guys over the crowd. There are also a ton of elements that nod to their older music, giving a nostalgic vibe to the new show.

With the residency just starting, fans already can’t wait to find out the setlist and figure out what songs they can expect to hear.

The Setlist

The show lasts about two hours, and fans can expect a stacked setlist as the guys play a total of 27 songs. The setlist is a good mix of old and new songs, along with some of their biggest hits.

According to Just Jared, they kick off the show with “Twisted” from their 2008 album The Block. New Kids On The Block also play almost all of their biggest hits like “Summertime,” “You Got It (The Right Stuff),” and “I’ll Be Loving You (Forever).” They wrap up the night with their newest 2024 song, “Kids,” and the fan favorite, “Hangin’ Tough.”

It’s more than just the concert, too. There’s also the Blockhead HQ that is at Park MGM. There you’ll find exclusive merch, photo opportunities, tons of memorabilia on display, and even NKOTB-themed concessions.

If you’re lucky, you might even run into one of the guys themselves! Check out New Kids On The Block: The Right Stuff during select dates at Park MGM today.
