Khalid is back with a new single and video, “Out Of Body.” The song gives a throwback to the ’90s and early 2000s R&B dance vibe, but what else would you expect from legendary music producer and songwriter Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins? “Out of Body” will appear on Khalid’s upcoming album, “After the Sun Goes Down”, releasing on October 10th.

On the upcoming album, it seems the “In Plain Sight” singer is introducing his fans to a new era of music, different from when he was a teenager.

Ice Spice- Baddie Baddie

Yesterday, Ice Spice released the new baddie anthem “Baddie Baddie”. “I was just poppin’ my shit, I ain’t even really mean to go pop” is the tagline that will get overused on social media for the next couple of weeks. The “Princess Diana” rapper teams up with her producer RIOTUSA for an upbeat sound with heavy bass, with a rap flow that reflects her traditional Bronx sound. The new song features a sample from M.I.A song, “Bad Girls,” has a catchy hook and memorable lines.

This weekend, the song on top of everyone’s playlist is Doja Cat’s new song “Gorgeous”. “Gorgeous” is the second single released by rapper and pop star 80s’ 80s-inspired fifth studio album, “Vie”. It’s the perfect song for riding with the windows down on a road trip, or it will make the perfect song for a makeup transition on TikTok.

“The Paint The Town Red” rapper’s new single is another example of her being in her own lane and following the release of the album Vie and its video for the “Gorgeous” that keep that 80’s theme with big hair, bold fashion and accessories with cameos from top models  Paloma Elsesser, Irina Shayk,  Anok Yai, and even Doja Cat own mom.

In a TikTok post, the “Ten Tons” singer said he inspiration behind the song is about becoming the best version of ourselves and the people that inspire us to do so

What better way to defrost the Queen of Christmas than a new song, “Play This Song,” featuring rumored boo Anderson.Pakk. In the flirty love song, the duo sing, And I know you miss me, babe. Don’t pretend like you don’t feel the same”. Send this song and lyrics to your ex to try and get that old thing back because the tone of the song is about missing and reminiscing on past love or current entanglements. “Play this song comes off of Mariah Carey’s 16th studio album “Here For It All”.
