Fans Shocked as Mario is Groped Mid-Concert by Married Fan
So, you’ve read the title, and it seems insane, right? Well, it frankly is as simple as it sounds. Mario is a singer; his full name is Mario Dewar Barrett. He was performing last Saturday and was filmed on TikTok having his crotch grabbed by a suspected married female attendee.
What We Know
Now, what kind of person does something like this? I’m not entirely sure, but it did happen, and as far as I’m aware, the woman hasn’t been caught, identified, arrested, or charged. Also, why did I say “suspectedly married?” Well, that’s because in the video that was taken, you can see a wedding ring on her finger, but it isn’t confirmed.
Regardless, it doesn’t seem fair that the woman hasn’t faced the consequences or repercussions of her actions, but there’s nothing I can do right now.
Mario Groped While Performing
It happened at the Jack White Theatre inside of Detroit’s Masonic Temple. Which is a very interesting place for a concert, but we don’t judge. Now, what album was he playing? He was performing “Crying Out for Me.” A song from the album, Go.
Now, how did he react? Well, that’s where the TikTok video I mentioned comes into play. That video shows just how uncomfortable Mario is with the situation, which makes sense.

Final Thoughts
Overall, this situation is unpleasant; it’s a heinous example of sexual assault and shouldn’t be normalized in any scenario. Hopefully, the woman who did it gets caught, and this incident never gets repeated. Have a good day and a wonderful December!
