However, she is also known for her drama off of the stage and not on the mic. Her on-again off-again relationship with another rapper in the industry has been the source of controversy over the years — and it continues to provide drama to all of her fans.
Cardi B Pregnant?
Cardi B finally spilled the beans and let all of her social media followers know for certain that she is pregnant. Rumors have been swelling for weeks of her pregnancy, but the singer’s absence online had fans wondering if it was true or not. At 31 years old, Cardi B still has decades left in her singing career but is currently focusing on expanding the family.

We love that Cardi B seems happy, empowered, and excited to add another child to the mix. This surprising and heartfelt news comes at the same time as something a little less uplifting. Cardi also announced that she was splitting from her husband, rapper Offset, just one day prior to announcing her pregnancy.
This brings into question whether the pregnancy was planned, if the couple had already decided to split, and what the custody details will be for the two hip-hop stars. Offset, who originally rose to household-name fame after Cardi’s hit single “Bodak Yellow,” confirmed that the divorce and break up had been imminent for many years.
Cheating Scandals
Despite what people might think, the rapper has denied any cheating scandal or rumors swirling around the music industry. We have no doubt that Cardi B and Offset will try to keep their relationship copacetic for the sake of their children, including Wave and Kulture Kairi, both who are under seven years old.
Cardi B wants it to be known that even though they are splitting up, and there are potential cheating allegations, that she was once best friends with offset. She wants to keep a healthy relationship for her kids, “because we do love each other”, as the singer stated in a Rolling Stone article earlier this month.
Cardi B Sole Custody
Despite cardi B stating earlier this month that she still finds Offset to be her best friend, and they often referred to themselves as only them against the world, the latest cheating rumors could be the straw that broke the camel’s back. Even though having a healthy divorce is best for the children involved, the alleged cheating scandal, where offset was pictured with a woman he had dated before, could make Cardi reconsider sharing custody of her kids.
Cardi B is potentially going to go for full custody of Kulture, five years old, and Wave, two years old. There is also speculation that she will ask for full custody of their unborn child since she just announced the pregnancy on social media. There is no doubt that the custody matter will have to be settled in a court of law between the two rappers once the divorce is finalized.
