More information about the movie discloses that it takes place in Arkham Asylum. In addition, Lady Gaga plays Harley Quinn in the movie. The film’s working title “Folie a Deux” led to speculation about Harley Quinn’s appearance in the film, which was shortly thereafter confirmed.
