Khloé Kardashian frozen embryo talk took a candid turn when the reality star said her daughter, True, keeps asking for a baby sister. Kardashian, 42, discussed the embryo left from her IVF treatment with ex Tristan Thompson on her “Khloé in Wonder Land” podcast, E! News reported.

“All True does, she wants a sister,” Kardashian told guest Paige DeSorbo. The embryo is still stored. “She’s on ice, but I just don’t know,” Kardashian said.
Khloé Kardashian Frozen Embryo: What She Said
Kardashian shares True, 8, and son Tatum, 4, with Thompson. Tatum was born through a surrogate in 2022. Kardashian grew up with sisters Kourtney, Kim, Kendall and Kylie, and she said she believes “girls need a sister,” while questioning whether that view comes from her own family.
DeSorbo, 33, does not have a sister but is close to her brother. She suggested True could find sisterly bonds outside her immediate family.
What Happens Next
Kardashian has not announced plans to use the embryo, and her comments suggest she is undecided. In March, she said of a possible third child, “Emotionally, I don’t know if I can handle it,” according to The Independent on Saturday.
