But the judge handed power over to an Official Receiver. This allowed the receiver to control her financial affairs. About five years later, KP suffered the same fate. This time the HM Revenue & Customs have demanded payment.

During the court hearing, the evidence presented painted the 46-year-old in a bad light. The prosecutors claimed she owed a substantial amount to HMRC. Before reaching the court, Katie was ordered to settle a different debt. The onscreen star was scheduled to attend court in April for that. As for her recent debt, she owed £761,994.
There has never been a time that Katie has been entirely remorseful. Instead, she advises that there is no shame in bankruptcy. However, in a 2023 interview, the star confessed to being affected. She explained her struggles with her mental health in recent years.

Despite the evidence against her, Katie Price remains unhinged. She was recently arrested during her return from a trip. The mind-blowing part is that she expected it!
