The phone call regarded an argument between James Kennedy and an unnamed woman. Although officers didn’t see any visible injuries upon arriving at the scene, the caller alleged that Kennedy became physical with the women. This accusation prompted the police to take action, leading to Kennedy being taken into custody.
Following an investigation, authorities determined that the Kennedy’s incident involved domestic matters. His arrest resulted in Kennedy being booked on misdemeanor domestic violence charges. Subsequently, Kennedy posted his $20,000 bail and was released from jail. According to the Burbank City Attorney’s office, the case is currently under review, where formal charges will be determined.
