In the show, we will follow the character of Paula Persimmon, the director at Dream Productions, who ensures that everything runs smoothly in Riley’s department. However, Paula begins having troubles at work that might put her job in danger. To save her career, she partners with a new director, one with whom she doesn’t see eye to eye.
The show already has a confirmed cast featuring Paula Pell, Richard Ayoade, Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, Alli Maki, and more. Dream Productions will be released in 2025, is a Pixar TV show, and will be exclusively available on Disney+.
Inside Out Cast
So far, we don’t have clear information on how involved the original characters of Inside Out will be in this spin-off, though many of them have been confirmed for the casting. Based on the casting, we could see Joy, Fear, Disgust, Anger, Sadness, and Riley herself.
There’s no mention of casting for Maya Hawke or Ayo Edebiri, who voiced Anxiety and Envy in Inside Out 2, but the original cast of emotions has been confirmed.
