Mammoth Lakes, CA- Haley Joel Osment, the 37-year-old actor best known for his role in “The Sixth Sense”, was arrested on April 8th at the Mammoth Mountain Ski resort in central California. The arrest was made for alleged public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.

According to reports, police responded to a call regarding an individual exhibiting “unruly conduct” at The Mill, a base lodge at the ski resort, around 2 p.m. Upon arrival, Osment was already in the care of the resort staff. Sergeant Jason Heilman of the Mammoth Lakes Police Department confirmed the arrest, stating that Osment was booked but is no longer in custody.
