YapYap Extraction Full Guide
YapYap is another Lethal Company-like game; however, your main objective is to vandalize and break items inside the interior you are teleported into. When you have completed your objectives, or if time is running out, extraction is the only way to safely and successfully leave the tower. Here is a step-by-step guide on extracting yourself and your team in YapYap.
Scan Your Surroundings
The first thing you must do is to make your way outside. When you’re outdoors, scan your surroundings to locate the correct tower.
Find the Tower
Find the tower with a spinning, blue glowing aura at the very top. This indicates that you are looking at the correct structure. If time is running out, you need to make your way to this specific tower as fast as you can. These towers can feel a lot like huge labyrinths, so depending on where you are on the map, you may not be able to reach the blue tower directly.
If this happens, you’ll need to use purple Crystals to teleport to other places on the map. These crystals are found everywhere on the map, so make sure you’re looting as you vandalize your rival wizard’s tower. When you find one, interact with it so you can teleport to a new area.
Make Your Way Upstairs
Once you find yourself at the correct tower, you need to make your way upstairs.
Find an Orb You Can Interact With
When you make it to the top, you need to find a black and purple orb. This is how you’ll be able to extract yourself from the tower. When you interact with the orb, it’ll create a circle around itself.
Stand Inside the Marked Circle
To be able to extract, you must stand inside the circle, and it’ll teleport you out of the tower. There will be a time limit to how long this teleport will be open, so if you’re not inside the circle, you won’ty be extracted, and you’ll have to face the consequences.
What Happens If You Miss Extraction?
So, what happens if you don’t extract? Unfortunately, the consequences are pretty brutal and quite deadly. If you miss the extraction with your group, or if your group fails to extract altogether, a blonde woman, dressed in all black with a black veil on top of her head, will spawn and will chase you down. Because this is considered a failure, there is no way to avoid or fight her off, so she’ll catch you quickly and kill you.
The best way to avoid this ending is manage your time and conserve your sprints. There will be a lot of times when different monsters will cause you to panic and fail, so just be mindful of these certain conditions.
