The Epic Games Store is setting us up with plenty of opportunities for adventure this week! And, this time, even Mac users aren’t being left out. Users of the Mobile Epic Games Store are getting a rare treat, too. It’s a big week for those of us who partake in the freebies! Let’s have a look at what’s available starting today, May 21, 2026.

We’re going to start with Down in Bermuda, an indie adventure with puzzles for both PC and Mac. This one was originally released in 2021 and normally goes for $19.99, so it’s a decent discount to make it free. The cartoonish graphics caught my attention right away. It looks like something that’s fun to look at as well as play.

In this game from Yak & Co., you’ll play as Milton, an aviator who has crashed in Bermuda, inside a time bubble. You’ll adventure through six islands, solving puzzles on the way, to help the pilot find a way to get back home.

Down in Bermuda is rated E for Everyone and is available for free on the Epic Games Store until May 28, 2026, at 10 AM CT.

Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft

Is it really necessary to include “Starring Lara Croft” on this Tomb Raider game collection? Probably not, but there it is anyway. This three-game collection available for PC was released in 2024. It’s normally $29.99, so if you’re a Tomb Raider fan (or never played and you’re curious), this is a great time to pick up these games.

These Tomb Raider classics have been remastered with upgraded graphics, but if you’re feeling nostalgic for the old look, you can choose to play that way whenever you want to. They’ve also added a Challenge Mode for achievements and unlockable outfits. There’s also a Photo Mode where you can put Croft in different poses with any weapon.

Tomb Raider I-III Remastered is rated T for Teen and is free on the Epic Games Store until May 28, 2026, at 10 AM CT.

Monument Valley 3

The last game this week is available for mobile (Android only in the U.S.). Monument Valley 3 shows as “Coming Soon” for PC in the Epic Games Store, but if you have the Mobile version of the Epic Games Store, you can download and start playing this casual puzzle adventure right now. And for the best price of all… free.

The game just released today, May 21, 2026. So you can be one of the first to play it. You’ll be guiding the apprentice, Noor, on a journey to “restore the fading light.” The graphics in these games have a kind of soft texture that makes me think of watercolor paints. As you move through the game, you’ll travel with a “boat companion” which serves as the “key to unlocking long-lost secrets and hidden paths.” I’m not sure what that means exactly, but I’m intrigued!

Monument Valley 3 is free now through May 28, 2026, at 10 AM CT. It is rated E for Everyone.

How to Claim Freebies From the Epic Games Store

Whether you want to play on your PC, Mac, Android, or iOS device, you can find the download information on the Epic Games Store website. If you’re on a computer, you can download the  Epic Games Launcher to access and play your games. I know that’s not exactly shocking, and you probably figured that out already.

For the mobile games, you’ll need the QR code. Use the camera on your mobile device to scan the QR code, which will direct you to the download page. You will have to enable downloads from other sources. (Other than the native app store, that is.) This app isn’t available on the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. After installing the app, launch it, sign in, and then scroll down to find the current free game.

And that’s what we have for you this week! Check back next week, and we’ll highlight the new game offerings from the Epic Games Store. We’re staying on top of the latest gaming news, so you don’t have to worry about any FOMO.

Happy gaming!
