Resident Evil Requiem is littered with mutants and puzzles, keeping its signature gameplay as you evade and blast through monsters. While in the Rhondes Hill Care Center, Grace has to take up the task of an organ transplant runner. An undead patient is waiting on the slab with his chest open and waiting for her to give him a pair of artificial lungs. The problem is that it’s located in the garage and locked inside an Organ Transport Box. Fear not, for there is a way to secure those air sacks!

To get to the garage, you’ll need the Lv. 1 wristband to access the West Wing. You have to sneak into and through the kitchen, avoiding the Chef. If you want to, you can inject him with the hemolytic injections to take him out of the picture.

When you’re out, head towards the West Wing entrance, scan the wristband, and make a beeline for the Custodian’s Office. When you round the office, head down the hallway, and you’ll be entering the garage. The Organ Transport Box will be sitting on the edge of a cooling truck. Be careful of the zombies you encounter along the way because they’re ready to bite your head, neck, arm, legs, and butt off.

Obtain A Corrosive Liquid (Removing the Padlock)

To find the code to the Organ Transport Box, you have to solve the cabinet puzzle in the Lead Researcher’s Office. To do this, you’re gonna need to take a little detour to find a corrosive liquid to open the puzzle cabinet’s cover. The corrosive can be found in the Conference room located on the left side of the hall from the Lead Researcher’s office.

Once you’re there, beware of the singing-screaming zombie walking around the chemical storage. Her scream will trigger the dead researcher on the floor. Take both of them out and pick up the blue glass bottle labeled corrosive.

Solve The Sun Quartz Cabinet Puzzle (Box Code)

Head back to the Lead Researcher’s office and walk in to trigger a cut scene. After that, re-enter the office, interact with the cabinet’s padlock, and use the corrosive to dissolve it. You need to view two pictures on the desk to find the cabinet’s code. Open up the cabinet lid, and punch in Star, Sun, Moon, Sun to solve the puzzle. You will get the Sun Quartz and a leather journal that holds the panel code for the Organ Transport Box.

What’s In the Box!?! An Organ! (Artificial Lungs)

Read the leather journal to take the page that has the directions to open the Organ Transport Box. On the container is a panel that matches the drawn instructions. You have to follow the code in the same order on the sheet:

  1. Set the switch to “Hand”
  2. On the sliding knob, set to “2”
  3. For the set of five levers, only two of them need to be pushed down. From left to right, each is numbered “1” through “5”. Push down the lever for “5” and then “2” in this order.
  4. Go back to the switch and then set it to “Auto.”

Proceed With the RE Requiem-Style Lung Transplant!

Voila! That box will pop open to reveal the treasu-…Uh, artificial lungs buried in ice. Alright, well! Time to put the organ in Organ Donor. Take that bad boy back to the Examination Room and place it within the open chest of the man-zombie on the table. That’s that! Oh, and uh, wash your hands before and after placing the lungs. You don’t know where it’s been, or who it’s been in, for that matter. If you’ve already gotten the artificial heart from Cold Storage, don’t be shocked when that guy revives cranky.
