5 New Albums To Check Out On February 13, 2026
Tacos may rule Tuesdays, but Fridays are all about new albums. This week’s new releases include albums from Jill Scott and Charlie XCX, as well as a multi-artist Ozzy Osbourne tribute album. So, whether you favor CDs, vinyl, or digital downloads, it is time to start making your shopping list. Here is a look at this week’s new music and five new albums that you definitely need to check out this Friday.
Charli XCX – Wuthering Heights [Atlantic]

Today, Charli XCX releases her 12-song soundtrack to Emerald Fennell’s “Wuthering Heights,” which hits theaters today as well. The new album adds a gothic rock tint to the Emily Brontë classic that sees Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi in the roles of Cathy and Heathcliff this time around. Among the songs on the album, you will find “Chains of Love” (featured in the trailer), “House” (with Velvet Underground’s John Cale), and “Funny Mouth,” which was co-written with producer Finn Keane and “Stranger Things” star Joe Keery.
The Beach Boys – We Gotta Groove: The Brother Studio Years (Super Deluxe Edition) [Capitol/UME]

The Beach Boys are releasing a major new archival box set today, entitled We Gotta Groove: The Brother Studio Years. It will include the first official release of the previously shelved 1977 album Adult/Child and a newly remastered version of the 1977 album The Beach Boys Love You, along with dozens of studio outtakes, demos, and alternate mixes from the 1976–1977 era (including 15 Big Ones sessions). It comes in a 6-disc set (3 CDs and 3 LPs) that spans 73 tracks, 35 of which are previously unreleased.
Jill Scott – To Whom This May Concern [Human Re Sources/The Orchard]

Three-time Grammy-winning R&B, soul, and jazz singer Jill Scott is back with her sixth studio album, To Whom It May Concern. The new album is intended to be an inclusive 19-track collection of spirited, soulful stories, featuring collaborations with Ab-Soul, J.I.D., Too $hort, and Tierra Whack. Adam Blackstone, Om’Mas Keith, DJ Premier, Camper, Andre Harris, Seige Montracity, Trombone Shorty, Eric Wortham, DW Wright, and VT Tolan all had a hand in producing the album. The first two singles, “Beautiful People” and “Pressha,” are out now.
Various Artists – Iron Man’s Anthem: A Tribute to Ozzy [Witching Buzz]

Iron Man’s Anthem: A Tribute to Ozzy is a multi-band tribute compilation honoring the legacy of Ozzy Osbourne. The new album brings together 22 international artists reinterpreting Black Sabbath and Osbourne solo tracks. You will hear acts like Runaway Devils, Heaven And Hellvis, Rainbow Bridge, Root Zero, Postmortal, Tharsis, Arcane Focus, Thorndale, Necro Weasel, Wasted Awakening, and Miss Lava covering classics like “N.I.B.,” “War Pigs,” “Paranoid,” “No More Tears,” “Planet Caravan,” “Shot in the Dark,” and “Hellraiser.”
Chet Faker – A Love for Strangers [Detail/BMG]

Australian singer/songwriter Nick Murphy revives his Chet Faker persona after five years back under his real name with the new album A Love for Strangers. The record features soulful vocals and slick production while telling stories from a new stage of the singer’s life. It blends electronica, folk, pop, alternative, soul, and R&B styles together to create an album that is sweeter and more hopeful than past offerings. The album’s second single, This Time For Real, has already become a Top 20 hit on Billboard’s Adult Alternative Airplay chart.
