Disney+ is a massive streaming service that just keeps adding to its content. With the year halfway over, the service has dropped a new trailer about what it has in store for the rest of the year. Let’s see what might be worth watching.
What’s Coming to Disney+?

The trailer presented highlights from shows and films coming to both Disney+ and its streaming partner Hulu. On the Disney+ side of things, we have the new Marvel miniseries Wonder Man, the new movie Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires, and the new season of the acclaimed show Percy Jackson and the Olympians. The clips are only a few seconds long each, but Marvel fans should still be excited to hear Wonder Man protagonist Simon Williams (played by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II) say, “I was born to play this character.” The series will also co-star the legendary Ben Kingsley, whom we glimpse in the trailer. Meanwhile, fans of the Zombies musical series should be excited to see the franchise return.
What’s coming to Hulu?
The most anticipated Hulu show in the trailer is undoubtedly Alien: Earth, which brings the popular Alien franchise to the streaming world. While the clips were brief, we see glimpses of chases through the starship, as well as a xenomorph attacking. Other Hulu highlights included clips from the new series Chad Powers, All’s Fair, and The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox, along with new seasons of the King of the Hill reboot and Only Murders in the Building.
What Else is Coming to Disney+ in 2025?
There were some notable omissions from the trailer. Theatrical movies such as Thunderbolts* and the blockbuster remake of Lilo and Stitch were absent, as was the new season of the animated Lego miniseries Lego Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy and the new season of Project Runway. Regardless, the trailer gave viewers a brief but exciting look at what is to come on both Disney+ and Hulu. Both services should have a fun remainder of the year.
