The embargo for those who played Destiny 2’s Edge of Fate early has been lifted. We have plenty of content to cover in the coming days. The first is the Exotic Armor and Weapons, which the creators were allowed to test during their time at Bungie HQ. It is unclear whether these are the only exotics that we are getting or if there is more to be revealed in the future.

With the release of Edge of Fate, we are getting three Exotic Armor pieces and two Exotic Weapons, with one already obtainable Exotic Weapon getting its Catalyst. The Exotics are:

  • Eunoia – Warlock Exotic Gauntlets
  • Melas Panoplia – Titan Exotic Gauntlets
  • Moirai – Hunter Exotic Chest
  • Graviton Spike – Exotic Arc and Stasis Hand Cannon
  • Third Iteration – Exotic Void Scout Rifle
  • No Land Beyond – Exotic Catalyst

Euonia

Consul’s Pitch Exotic Perk: Hellion projectiles deal increased damage the further they travel, eventually fracturing into scorching shrapnel.

Melas Panoplia

Forge Master Exotic Perk: Collecting a Firesprite or rapid Solar final blows makes you a Forge Master, allowing you to recall your Throwing Hammer. After impacting a target, recall your hammer at full intensity to perform a Perfect Recall, causing an explosion of forge slag. Perfect Recalls and collecting Firesprites extend your time as a Forge Master.

Moirai

Webcatcher Exotic Perk: Threaded Spike can bounce to Tangles, detonating them and returning immediately. Tangles detonated by Threaded Spike are rewoven and retrieved by it. Catches without a Tangle refund extra melee energy.

Graviton Spike

  • Temporal Manipulation IV Intrinsic Perk: Press [Special Reload] to swap between fast-firing Arc mode or slow-firing Stasis mode. Final blows and precision hits overcharge the opposing mode to enable additional effects.
  • Temporal Anomaly Trait: While overcharged, each mode expends a portion of the overcharge for additional effects on final blows or precision hits:
    • Arc mode calls down lightning strikes.
    • Stasis mode creates an explosion and a formation of Stasis crystals.

Third Iteration

  • Tri-Planar Mass Driver Intrinsic Perk: Fires a spread of Void energy projectiles. Aiming down sights narrows the spread.
  • Amalgamation Rounds Trait: Aiming down sights for a short period without firing compresses the spread into a single high-density projectile. Damaging a target with this shot marks them. This weapon deals additional damage to marked targets. Defeating a marked target or landing a precision final blow with an Amalgamation Round grants invisibility and truesight.

No Land Beyond Catalyst

Exotic Catalyst: While this weapon is at high stacks of Master, new rounds are continually loaded into the magazine, and the benefits from Bullseye Bolser last longer.
