And she’s quite a queen with her most epic response that puts to shame the paparazzi and other gossipers about the untruth. Take note, people. Before we all go gaga over Lady Gaga on the wrong kind of stuff, you better recognize whether or not what we’re talking about is actual and factual.
But why did these rumors start at all? Simple, really: Her younger sister’s Maine wedding was where it all happened. It was probably due to what may have looked like a baby bump in news photos. You can’t blame those photographers for wanting to get the next big viral image, you know? But let’s be real. Let’s hear it from the queen herself.
Lady Gaga Simply Said ‘Not Pregnant’
Of course, she followed that up with more of what Lady Gaga’s known for: the snarky, bad-ass, low-key, unabashedly humorous. It’s almost like she’s just not afraid of the press and would easily display herself in full force, not worrying about what others would think.
Originally, her clip debuted in a video on TikTok, referencing a Taylor Swift track from The Tortured Poets Department with:
“Not pregnant — just down bad cryin’ at the gym!” – Lady Gaga
But in total splendor, she ceremoniously and ingeniously drew attention away from the dumb topic that would not be absolutely relevant to anyone but Lady Gaga herself. She added a disclaimer — “Register to vote at www.headcount.org.”
Uh, what? She basically put up the hand without actually physically putting it up. Pure genius. Something probably way more relevant and important to the community and society than whether or not a woman like Lady Gaga would have a bun in the oven or not.
Lady Gaga Went On X And Did The Same Thing
Again, though, it was just superbly low-key, addressing the issue we often see with celebrity-ism. And what did she say?
“Not pregnant…. REGISTER TO VOTE or check if you’ve already registered EASILY at headcount.org.”
Case in point: How a celebrity picks his or her nose or what he or she is wearing to go to the grocery store — or especially whether or not she’s pregnant! — shouldn’t even come close to the real issues society needs to focus on. That being said, she makes it very clear: not pregnant.

Hmm, how much ingenuity is there in Lady Gaga these days? Or is it just mere randomness, like picking up a telephone without dialing any numbers? I wonder what the deal is with the reference to Taylor Swift. Is it bad blood or a bad romance we’re talking about or something?
