A social media account for ‘The Ed Sullivan Show,’ an American television variety show that played for decades, claimed Thursday on social networking site X, previously Twitter, that Jones lit up the stage with perfect vocals and wonderful performances. “His music will forever inspire us,” the social media post said. “Thank you for your memories, Jack. Rest in peace.”
