Rowdy Music Video Proves Bailey Zimmerman Is Not \”New To Country\”

Bailey Zimmerman

Bailey Zimmerman is sounding the horn to let the masses know he is, in fact, not New To Country. In this rowdy video, fans see the artist as he faces off against a record label executive to substantiate his budget requests for things like boats, private jets, and “redneck shit.” Unlike singles previously released by the country crooner, New To Country is a way for the artist to show the world who he is – a country party boy who knows how to have a real good time.

In the biography section on www.baileyzimmermanmusic.com, his singles, such as Fall In Love and Rock And A Hard Place, strike sentimental chords with audiences. His songwriting skills resonate with audiences. He has had 12 songs chart on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs, four of which were top ten hits. According to Billboard, Zimmerman’s Rock And A Hard Place was his highest-charting single in the Hot Country Songs category. The song debuted at the number two position and spent 52 weeks on the chart.

Zimmerman showcases his humorous and fun personality in the New To Country video. This happy-go-lucky demeanor can often be seen on his social media posts. After finding his path to success through songs geared toward romantic relationships, this promotional single highlights Bailey Zimmerman’s relationships with his friends.

Bailey Zimmerman’s $2.3 Million Dollar Budget

To convince the corporate executive to approve a video budget of $2.3 million, Bailey Zimmerman is ready to explain why he needs each line item. The executive understands why he would request ATVs, boats, jet skis, and a private jet but does not understand why the artist needs $2 million for “real redneck actors/best friends.” Zimmerman reminds the executive that “this isn’t Hollywood,” and the only way to be country is to be real.

“If we don’t do it for real, everyone will know it’s fake,” Zimmerman said. “Well I ain’t fake – I’m country.” The executive takes things further, suggesting Bailey Zimmerman isn’t a real country artist. He insults Zimmerman’s cut-off shorts and white sneakers, astonished that the “country” artist doesn’t even wear cowboy boots!

Party Time

Zimmerman is having none of the executive’s insults. With a laugh and a pull of the executive’s tie, Zimmerman transports them to a hometown party. The executive is overdressed and receives a cold reception from partygoers. Zimmerman’s friend Luke decides to take the party to the next level with some explosives packed into an old American-made SUV. Explosives must have been included in the “redneck shit” line item.

Because they were at a redneck pool party, the “redneck shit” was plentiful. Sleeves never stood a chance on the set of this video. Viewers see Zimmerman getting a tattoo poolside as he begins the song. After the ATVs start getting some mud on the tires, the executive begins to let down his guard and starts having fun. Next thing you know, two of Zimmerman’s buddies were helping the executive remove the sleeves of his button-down shirt after dragging him down to the boat dock. Luckily, Zimmerman drove by on a jet ski and picked him up on an inflatable tube. Sounds like an awesome summer weekend.

Final Thoughts

There is no doubt that Bailey Zimmerman is a talented singer and songwriter. As a relatively new artist, debuting his first EP in 2022, this artist has done well to make a name for himself as a serious country artist. New To Country rejects some of the music industry tropes in country music and focuses on the artist “being real.” Well, as real as one can be in a rowdy music video. He’s created a video that makes it seem like his little redneck holler is the place to be for those who like riding around and getting it. What’s not to like representing the hometown crew in a cool music video?
