We have all grown up watching our favorite childhood movies. We would stay up late watching them because they gave us an escape from reality. We had our favorite movies that we would re-watch a thousand times because we liked it so much. However, the more we grow up the less we remember about our favorite movies. Disney Movie: WALL-E
One of Disney’s most famous movies WALL-E came to theatres in June of 2008, ever since it came out it has been multiple people’s favorite childhood movie. The film is based in the far future from our present, the movie is about a cleaning robot called WALL-E. WALL-E and other robots like him were in charge of cleaning the over-polluted Earth because it is so polluted humans had to go live in space.
What Was The Meaning Behind The Film?
What was the meaning of the famous Disney/Pixar movie WALL-E? The meaning hidden within the movie is a very personal one for us as the human race. In the movie, it is very clear from the beginning that Earth is very polluted to the point that humans have to go live out in space. WALL-E shows us that we as humans need to take care of our planet, the animals within the planet, and our ecosystem because the consequences could be terrible.
WALL-E and Eve’s Journey
Throughout the movie, WALL-E goes on a galactic journey with a fellow robot named Eve. Eve was sent to Earth to collect samples from the Earth’s surface to see if the humans could return home. During her journey to Earth, Eve meets WALL-E and the two of them fall in love. WALL-E journey to the BNL ship where the humans have been living to save Eve because he believes she was captured.
Throughout the movie, WALL-E and Eve are looking for the sample from Earth also known as “Plant” because it was stolen from inside Eve. They would go on a little journey throughout the ship trying to find it, little did they know that the Auto Pilot of the ship was the one that took the plant. They would find the plant later in the movie and go back to Earth after living over 7000 years in space.
What Can We Learn From WALL-E
What can we, as the human race, learn from WALL-E? It demonstrates that we should be more careful of taking care of our planet and everything within it. We need to be more mindful of how much pollution we are putting out into the ecosystem and need to come up with more eco-friendly ways of living. WALL-E also teaches us to love unconditionally to take care of one another and to always be respectful of our environment.
