Jason and his twin brother Brett are as ambitious as ever. Brett is working with the new hire, Alanna, to fix up a listing by putting many trees around the property to give it more privacy. If you’re wondering if any of the homes referenced in the show sold, some did, and some did not.
Chrishell Stause, a main cast member on Selling Sunset, may have been successful back in the day with her client-customer relations. However, dealing with designer and contractor Melanie was amateur hour. Her strategy could have been to list the price as asked and then change the price if there are no offers in a month. Selling Sunset Cast members Chelseas and Brea are still at odds. Despite not getting along with Chelsea in previous seasons, Bre eventually tells Chelsea about her husband possibly cheating on her. For some illogical reason, this leads to Chelsea venting her frustration that her husband may be cheating on her on Bre. Nicole Young also reveals rumor that Emma Hernan, who has become very close with Chelease, might be sleeping with a married man! She reveals this information to Bre because Emma is no longer Bre’s friend. The irony could not be more apparent.
Empathy Does Exist
Jason’s fur baby unfortunately passed away, leading to a very emotional moment shared by him and Mary. They even got matching tattoos in memory of their shared love for Niko, their beloved family member. They then decide to have a funeral for the dearly departed Niko. This leads to a heated discussion between Bre, Chelsea, and Emma that ends poorly. Unfortunately, Chelsea is still convinced Bre is a manipulating person.
Selling Sunset Conclusion
Chelsea confirms her husband did cheat on her by taking her ring off at the end of the season and calls her pal Emma to tell her she may be interested in buying herself a new home. The catchphrase “New Beginnings” is the final statement for the season.
