In these secret containment facilities, the SCP Foundation deploys armed security guards to keep these anomalies in captivity, and scientists to study these anomalies’ abilities and improve their containment methods. Who Rivals the SCP Foundation?
Another thing you must know before you join the SCP Foundation is its rival organization known as Groups of Interest (GOIs) who are also involved in handling these anomalous threats. In a world that is constantly under threat of being destroyed, is it any surprise that the SCP Foundation would have its own competitors?
Three notable examples include a terrorist group known as Chaos Insurgency who are Foundation defectors weaponizing SCPs for their own agendas. Next, the Global Occult Coalition (GOC) works on behalf of the United Nations to destroy anomalies outright.
