“Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” Returns: Season 4 Renewal Confirmed at Hulu

“The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” is a Hulu reality series about a demographic seldom represented in mainstream entertainment. It follows MomTok, a group of TikTok influencers who are all Mormon women, as their public image and sense of togetherness begin eroding under the pressures of various personal crises. This show premiered in September of 2024, and the final episode of its third season will air this coming December. Now, we know this won’t be the end for MomTok’s trials and tribulations.

20 More Episodes – More Than Enough for One More Season

Thus far, “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” consists of three seasons and a total of 29 episodes. Its entire first season – eight episodes – aired on September 6 of 2024. Its second season contained 11 episodes; the first ten premiered on May 15 of 2025, while the finale aired on July 1. Likewise, the first ten episodes of its third season aired this past November 13, while the aforementioned finale will premiere on December 4.

On November 25, Variety announced that “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” will be renewed for 20 additional episodes. At this time, no premiere dates more specific than “early 2026” have been specified for Season 4, but the show’s first two seasons have set a predictable pattern: an odd-numbered season airing through the second half of a year, followed by its even-numbered successor in the first half of the subsequent year. Will Season 4 air earlier in 2026 than May 15?

Moreover, if the previous seasons are anything to go by, 20 more episodes must consist of two more full seasons, though it’s impossible to say whether Seasons 4 and 5 will be evenly divided between the 20 or have a 9:11 (or vice versa) ratio.

A Once-Absent Actor/Character Returns

On November 26, another Variety report confirmed that Season 4 would see the return of Whitney Leavitt. This MomTok member had a prominent role throughout the first two seasons of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” so her absence from the first four episodes of Season 3 was quite conspicuous. Even more eyebrows were raised when she reappeared in the fifth episode, “The Book of Resurrection,” just long enough to explain that all she was seeking was a means of getting onto “Dancing with the Stars.” (Leavitt is also a dancer).

The other stars of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” include Jennifer Affleck, Demi Engemann, Jessi Ngatikaura, Taylor Frankie Paul, and Mikayla Mathews, and viewers have every reason to expect that these actors/characters will also be returning for Season 4.
