Imagine being on stage in front of thousands of people who are cheering for you loudly, but all of a sudden your clothes top comes totally undone.
Would you believe this happened to Olivia Rodrigo? Well, it sure did. Pictures taken during Rodrigo’s concert at The O2 Arena in London proved this took place. The pictures indicated Rodrigo put her left hand on her blouse. That way, it didn’t just fall off. Another picture showed Rodrigo’s blouse unhinged.
She was in the middle of performing her hit Love Is Embarrassing. Rodrigo, from the fans’ perspective, was gyrating at a fast speed. Olivia Rodrigo was apparently doing this too much. It caused what was keeping her blouse up to split open.
What does a superstar do in this situation? Rodrigo kept the old show business adage “the show must go on” in mind. One more picture from the concert showed a dancer in Olivia Rodrigo‘s show doing repair work. It was quick and Rodrigo, along with her dancers, kept on rocking the house down.
But it didn’t totally get the job done. Rodrigo kept singing her song, being extra careful to make sure her blouse was somewhat secure. She headed offstage to get a full repair job done. Once that happened, Rodrigo went back to entertaining the Londoners.

We’re sure her fans who showed up were pleased that she could finish up her show. According to TMZ, Rodrigo has a couple of more concerts in London to wrap up her stay. She’s scheduled to head on over to Belgium for some shows as well. It looks like the Disney Channel star is doing quite well these days.
Speaking of her fans, one of them recently decided to tattoo a Rodrigo lyric on themselves. The fan headed over to TikTok and shared what the situation was all about.
The fan said, “This is ur sign to ALWAYS double check the spelling before you get a tattoo.” OK, so the person showed lyrics from Rodrigo’s song Hope Ur Ok from her album Sour. They read, “Address the letters to the holes in my butterfly wings.”
According to Us Magazine, this fan wanted those lyrics. Instead, they got these words: “Address the letters to the holes in my butter wings.” Woof, that’s a miscue right there. The video caption read, “Olivia pls change the lyrics officially or sumn to make me feel better.”
After seeing this fan’s video herself, Rodrigo responded on TikTok herself. She wrote, “HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH OMG THIS IS THE NEW LYRIC IM CHANGING IT TO BUTTERWINGS.” We don’t really know whether the singer-songwriter actually changed the lyrics. Either way, it’s a funny thing that happened in this Rodrigo fan’s life.
Rodrigo, 21, is a native of Temecula, Calif. She played Paige Olvera for three seasons on the Disney Channel show Bizaardvark. In 2019, Rodrigo joined the cast to play Nini on High School Musical: The Musical – The Series. Then, in 2020, she signed with Interscope Records and Geffen Records. In January 2021, Rodrigo released her debut song Driver’s License.
For her music work, Rodrigo has won MTV Video Music Awards and BRIT Awards. It appears that she’s gained a delicate balance between acting and music. Her fans can enjoy Rodrigo’s work on TV and the radio.
