New Clipse Album Let God Sort Em Out Evokes Eyes and Ears
The Clipse are back and better than ever! The hip-hop duo has generated much excitement with the release of their highly anticipated fourth album, Let God Sort Em Out. Released on July 11, 2025, the album marks their first project since 2009’s Til the Casket Drops. The album features production from Pharrell Williams, who also appears as a guest, alongside special contributions from Kendrick Lamar, Nas, and Tyler, the Creator, among others. The album was initially announced in September 2024 and faced delays due to conflicts with their former label, Def Jam, which reportedly attempted to censor certain tracks, leading the duo to buy out their contracts and sign with Roc Nation.
Clipse lyrics are raising eyebrows

The lyrical content of Let God Sort Em Out also sparked controversy for Pusha T’s outspoken criticism of his rivals, Jim Jones and Drake, as well as former creative partners, Travis Scott and Ye, formerly known as Kanye West. Lyrics in the lead single “Ace Trumpets” mockingly referenced Ye, while “So Be It” criticized Travis Scott. Let God Sort Em Out also includes tracks like “The Birds Don’t Sing,” which was debuted at a Louis Vuitton fashion show in Paris, and “Chains & Whips,” featuring Kendrick Lamar, which generated significant attention and controversy.
Clipse are back like they never left
The album’s release followed a 16-year hiatus, during which the duo explored solo careers and reunited in 2019. The project is described as emotionally resonant, with both Pusha T and Malice addressing personal traumas, grief, and their reconciliation with faith and their musical legacy. With their introspective content, the Virginia-based duo never disappoints. So far, the album is rapidly becoming a fan favorite. Have you heard Let God Sort Em Out yet? Listen today!
