Daily Devotion Monday Motivation with Total Apex Media | October 6, 2025
It’s Monday, and time for your daily devotion. Throughout the Old Testament, God reaches out to His people, offering them goodness, blessings, and protection. When Judah’s disobedience resulted in their exile, God promised to restore them.
Today, God continues to reach out to His people through examples of the past. As we examine the mistakes His people made, we can avoid the same pitfalls. If we allow them to be lessons, not just stories, we’ll become wiser in our walk with the Lord. Isaiah was a prophet to God’s people. He warned them to put their evil ways behind them and come and reason with God.
Although they failed to take heed, God promised to forgive and restore them. In Isaiah 12:2, He promised they would one day give Him praise.
Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.
Let this daily devotion be a time to give God praise for His great salvation.
God is My Salvation

Salvation refers to deliverance or rescue. As believers, we’ve been delivered from darkness. Satan no longer holds us captive to sin. Judah went into captivity to a foreign nation and couldn’t return home for a set time. Isaiah foretold their fate. Although their future included captivity, he prophesied their salvation. And he gave them a sign, Emmanuel, meaning God with us.
God is your Deliverer, your Savior. And you are to rejoice in Him. There isn’t a pit deep enough that God can’t rescue you from. And no matter what you’ve done, God’s forgiveness is extended. Psalm 100:5 says, “For the Lord is good.” Salvation is a flow of God’s goodness. In today’s daily devotion, proclaim that God is your salvation.
Trust in God
Since God is your Salvation, you can trust in Him. He is mindful of your best interests. His thoughts toward you are good because they’re thoughts of peace. In the past, God dealt with His people with love, mercy, and compassion. It may seem as though they didn’t deserve it, but our performance doesn’t determine God’s salvation.
God’s mercy wasn’t limited to the Old Testament. Psalm 100:5 continues with “His mercy is everlasting.”God proves Himself throughout Scripture to be salvation for His people. Though Judah reaped captivity for their seeds of sin and unfaithfulness, God, in His goodness, gave them a harvest of salvation. In today’s daily devotion, thank God that you can trust His goodness without going into difficulty.
Have No Fear
The letters of fear stand for false evidence appearing real. As believers, we’re called to believe in the word of God, not falsehood. When you walk with God, you’re to “fear not.” This often-repeated phrase occurs throughout the Bible when the divine encounters humanity. There is no fear in God. When you trust God, your trust should overcome your fear. God restored Judah’s captivity. He always keeps His word.
Strength and Song

When Judah’s captivity was restored, they sang praises to God. Just as their enemies sought their oppression, our enemy, Satan, desires to oppress you. But God’s salvation has rescued you through Christ. You’ve been empowered with His strength and can stand and face your enemy without fear. In today’s daily devotion, sing a song of praise because God has strengthened you.
Final Word
In today’s daily devotion, you can rejoice that God is your salvation. You can trust God and have no fear. He is your strength and song, and you can forever sing praises to Him. You don’t have to make the same mistakes that His people made in the Old Testament. Their stories are lessons to encourage your faithfulness. Make a decree in your daily devotion today that you’ll learn from their lessons.
You’ll trust the One who is your Deliverer and Salvation. He was good to those under the old covenant, but Hebrews 8:6 says we have a better covenant. Their sign has become your reality. He is Emmanuel, and He is with you.
